The room was cozy and comfortable, very relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The glasses-wearing waiter at the front desk was warm and friendly, adding a pleasant experience to the vacation. The hotel has a pick-up service, and the luggage was carried up and down, which was very enthusiastic. The town of Zermatt was very clean and had a pleasant trip.

The store can provide free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station. Don't forget to contact the store to arrange it before traveling, otherwise it is still quite far from the train station to the accommodation with your luggage.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful. Thank you Cecilia, Fernando, Suzanne, and Melanie for taking good care of us. Our room was clean and smelled very good. The buffet breakfast was yummy and we enjoyed the cappucinos and egg dishes they prepared for us. Last but not least, their lounge area was a great and cozy place to relax after a lounge day in the mountains. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Zermatt. — Ralph & Karen

If you want to experiece fine service this is the place to visit. Full of praise for the entire staff. Located in a peaceful area and within walking distance of all activities, restaurants, marketplace and station. You enter you are so warmly greeted and the ambience around makes you immediately feel that you are in for a great experience. The handwritten welcome note , chocolates , customised pillow options , room ammeneties , mini bar with.compimentary drinks and on departure again a handwritten note with a bag of goodies shows how caring they are for their guests. Room was spacious and a balcony with a Matterhorn view. Housekeeping was very good. We are vegetarian and on our whole trip this was the only hotel where we relished the breakfast. Their compimentary pick up and drop service was another highlight. Above all as mentioned earlier all praise for their staff for making our stay memorable. A top notch hotel which deserves a five star rating.

A wonderful luxurious alpine setup awaits you at the lobby and the rooms are modern and tastefully furnish. Super cozy. One of our best stays in Switzerland. We found the staffs to be exceptionally warm and kind, attending to all our needs, without skipping a beat despite handling a number of occupants. The staffs are the highlights for sure for their wonderful hospitality. Loved the chocolates we were gifted at departure !

We had such a wonderful stay with hotel Chesa Valese. Daniela and Michael have both been wonderful and very helpful with information when we approached them. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast were very home feel. It has been quaint and cosy experience for both of us.

Just an overall amazing experience with a perfect location. The breakfast every morning is next level and the spa/steam room are great for post skiing. Lastly all the members of the team really made this stay feel special. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time in Zermatt

Wonderful place to stay in Zermatt. Impeccable service. Beautiful Matterhorn views. Lovely room with big bathroom. Delicious breakfast. From the moment we were picked up at the train station, to the hiking advice provided by the front desk, to the excellent suggestions for dinner, everything was perfect.
