However, if you can determine the time to arrive at the train station, you can book a small bus from the hotel in advance to pick you up. The up and down passages are shared with the hotel opposite, making it easy to get in and out every day, which is great! Checking into the room🌟🌟🌟: We booked a superior double room with a balcony. Something went wrong when we checked in. At first it was said that both cards could not be swiped. Then we were originally staying in a balcony room on the second floor and were temporarily moved to the first floor. We had to carry two large luggages. Going down the stairs is tiring🤪 Fortunately, the view from the room itself is okay. You can see the Matterhorn from the balcony door. There is a large snowfield outside the first floor. It happened to be snowing for two days. I built a snowman with the little sister next door. It was okay. The whole room is made of wood and has good thermal insulation measures. The bathroom is integrated with a bathtub and shower, so if you are not used to aerospace, you have to pay attention to the overflow when washing, as it is easy for water to leak all over the floor. Service attitude🌟🌟🌟🌟: The boss is very nice. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk gave us a detailed introduction to Zermatt's travel route, which route and how to get there. Seeing that we wanted to go to cevinia, the boss thoughtfully reminded us that the cable car was not open these two days because of the wind, so we could only go back and forth through the slide! If you are not so confident about your skiing level, it is recommended to check the cable car information before setting off. When checking out, make an appointment with the sister at the front desk for a departure time. The hotel bus will take guests directly to the train station, and they will also help carry the luggage, which is very nice.
