The hotel is located in the center of Zermatt, very close to the station. It can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, which is very convenient.
Our room had a terrace that was shared with several other rooms and was wooden and decorated with flowers.
It is worth mentioning that the soundproofing of this hotel is very good, and you can't hear the noise from neighbors and outside.
The man at the front desk was very helpful and guided us to store our luggage in the sleigh room on the basement floor.
It would be better if the hotel could provide a thin quilt.
