Only need to walk 5min from the station but a bit tricky to find. Close to the town centre, easy to see the sunrise of Zermatt. Breakfast in a cute wooden place.

Pleasantly surprised by how big the room was! A rarity in Switzerland for sure. Modern furnishings a plus! Lovely surprise balcony with a sideways view of the town, nice to sit outside to unwind at the end of the long day. Bathroom was rather lacking in character compared to the room and bath tub/screen was quite inconvenient. But basic amenities are there, two sinks + separate WC were appreciated. Breakfast was average, adequate but not great spread. No swimming pool, bare gym, uninspiring suana area for a 4* hotel so manage your expectations accordingly. Location very close to train station (5 mins), off a quiet corner, complimentary luggage shuttle would be nice instead of charging CHF12 for what is literally a 1 minute ride in a buggy.

The location is very good, right in the heart of Zermatt. The hotel room is very large, which is rare in Switzerland. The view from the hotel balcony is super beautiful and the breakfast is very rich.

The hotel is very good. It is very close to the train station. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quite big in Switzerland. The room is very quiet. There are not many varieties of breakfast but the taste is good. I recommend it.

It was good! It was very good! The room is compact but has everything. However, the previous guest had left bananas in the refrigerator, so it smelled like bananas, which was a bit spicy since I don't like bananas. The hot water flowed well and above all, there was a bathtub, so I took a soak for the first time in a while and got rid of my fatigue.🛁♨️ The lady at the reception was also kind and kind. Also, what I would like to recommend above all is the breakfast🥞 I was disappointed that there were no vegetables, but the cafeteria was cute and the Indian female staff member was very impressive. The prosciutto, cheese, and butter that are unique to Switzerland were also very delicious!

It's clean and the interior of the accommodation room is great. It was nice to have a bathtub to relieve fatigue. There are also nearby restaurants, COOP and Migros, so shopping is convenient. The bed is comfortable and the room is relatively spacious. However, there was no hotel pick-up, but it was a nuisance, but Sokso was close to Zermatt Station, so there was no major inconvenience. Intention to revisit.

It's not a 4* but the location is great, 2 mins from train station in the centre of Zermatt. It's old fashioned but spotlessly clean, lovely staff, nice breakfast and a good spa area. Rooms were spacious with balcony. Ideal place to stay for a few days in Zermatt.

Nice location. Hotel was fine. Breakfast was average. Staff was all good except this front desk lady called Christa: Rude, passive aggressive, condescending. Ruined our whole experience with her behavior. Brings the whole establishment down.

Close to Lifts and Trains - great location for Zermatt Would recommend for family trip to Zermatt

Honestly I didn’t want to write a review so that I can always find a room at this magnificent hotel. The hotel and lobby are very beautiful and the check-in was very smooth. Our lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed as well as a lovely bathtub with hot water. The breakfast was truly delicious. Yet what mattered the most is that all the amazing staff at the hotel are very professional and have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they are always smiling and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay truly memorable. Thank you very much to everyone for an amazing stay at your hotel and we will surely be back.
