Please reserve their “Mountain View Suite” for travel in Zermatt , Switzerland 🇨🇭
Hotel location is good, just 10 minutes walk distance far from train station (with your heavy luggage maybe 15-18minutes walk, but the floor is so far flat and easy for carrying luggage)
Their staff in both reception & cafe are super nice, warm welcoming and helpful 🤍
Our room is clean, spacious and the view is fabulous 🏔️
House keeper are sweet and detail minded (even I never meet him/her in person) 🥹

I paid extra on the day and was upgraded to a mountain view room! It was a sudden request, but they were happy to accommodate.
The room had a terrace with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The room was well-cleaned, and the facilities seemed relatively new. Even though I'm a bit of a clean freak, I was very satisfied!
The interior was woody and relaxing. I'd like to stay at this hotel again!

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can see the Matterhorn 👏🏻 The buffet breakfast is good, the place is very clean and very bright. The place is big enough to fit three or four large suitcases.

The room I booked for the first night was downgraded! I was given a new room for the second night, but I was not very satisfied with the room type. It was just average overall.

The hotel rooms are average, but the view from the balcony is really good, facing the Matterhorn. The scenery of the town is really beautiful, both day and night. Feel good.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, the scenery is unique, the hotel is in a good location and has convenient transportation, but the price is a bit expensive. The breakfast food is not rich in variety and there are expired foods

On the last day of the trip with four elders in our family, because we got up at different times, we decided to go to our separate rooms to eat. Halfway through the meal, the restaurant service staff loudly came over and criticized us, saying that we are a big family and should sit together at a big table and should not sit separately for a while. Come here, there should be no room. The restaurant is not big to begin with. Two large tables have been reserved. One large table is occupied by a Japanese couple. We sat at separate tables for two. Is there any problem? It's not even eight o'clock at this time. I can handle it. When I checked in, several people at the front desk were muttering in their office about what China was like. Except for a few people who were responsible for cleaning the room every day, they were very easy to get along with. Others really had colored glasses towards the Chinese people.
