We don't like doing it, but to maintain our owners' rental permits, sometimes it's necessary. The vast majority of our guests have no issue, but every once in a while, we do get a rowdy group. We do our best to communicate with you long before it leads to an eviction so please have your booking cell phone on you during your stay. Strictly no hot tub use after 10 pm - only if applicable inside 9pm - 8 am is the county's quiet time for all rentals. Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside. We cannot accommodate extra guests or host parties. 4 Cars ONLY, No extra cars, no parking on the street OR on the dirt. No smoking on the premises and especially no flicking cigarette butts. No open flame fires, fireworks, bonfires, etc - due to high fire risk. No yelling, blasting music, fighting, or other loud noises that could disturb the neighbors. This house has an exceptional wastewater plumbing setup. If you and your guests are responsible for the overflow, we will charge you for the resulting plumbing costs.
