Recently returned from staying at this hotel and even though the staff were polite and the restaurant served food that was ok my trip has been totally ruined. Myself and my children are covered from head to toe in mosquito bites. I am dismayed that there wasn't more done by the hotel to prevent this from happening ie nets and telling clients to keep windows and doors closed at all times.

Wij bleven slapen na een trouwfeest. Er was ons bij incheck gemeld dat de lift kapot was en er geen warm water was. Echter hebben we wel volle pot moeten betalen. Verder hing het nachttafeltje ook los en stond de kraan van de wasbak niet vast. Er was geen raamverduistering in de badkamer, maar gezien de badkamer open aan de slaapkamer zit was het vroeg licht in de kamer. Bij uitcheck vroegen wij of er nog een kleine compensatie mogelijk was, maar gezien zij ons het ongemak vermeld hadden en de mogelijkheid hadden gegeven om in het hoofdgebouw te komen douchen (waarvoor je je eerst moet aankleden, naar buiten gaan, naar het andere gebouw lopen, vragen om de kaart van de kamer, …) vonden zij dit niet nodig. Mocht hier een kleine tegemoetkoming geweest zijn met eventueel een bon voor in hun bar of restaurant was het een heel ander verhaal geweest. Dit is letterlijk de klant in de kou laten staan.

Les chambres sont belles et agréables, bien équipées et parfaitement propres. Le jardin est bien tenu et frais, le petit dejeuner abondant et diversifié. Le personnel très agréable tout en restant discret. Bref, un tres bon séjour.

Hôtel dans un grand parc proche de la zone industrielle de Gand / Zelzate dans un village sans charme . L établissement est agréable avec un bar The Oak sympa, un restaurant correct et des chambres simples. Nous n avons rien compris au système de chauffage qui semble pilote à distance, petit dej sans fioritures…
