Brilliant place to eat in summer or winter even if you are not staying at the hotel. Food, service and atmosphere is great. Can sit inside or outside and both options are good. Plenty of menu options. We hope to visit again for lunch when we are skiing in winter.

Great place to call in for lunch when you are in the mountains. Food is delicious, fresh and homemade with the service being fast and friendly. Atmosphere is great and the toilet facilities have an usual twist!

We really enjoyed the stay at Jaga-Alm. We stayed with 2 families in the apartment on 3rd floor, and it worked great. The food and service was great. For beginner skiers, please note that the ski-in/ski-out is for experienced skiers, so you will have to take the bus or the car to the ski-station to get started.

We stayed as a family of four in January 2022. The staff were pleasant and friendly and our room on the top floor was amazing. The view down to Zell and the lake was phenomenal. The location of the hotel is genuine ski-in ski-out (although you need to be reasonably competent on skis as it's a red run) and if you are after a hotel that's on the snow then this really ticks the box. The food was delicious and the wait staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and can thoroughly recommend it!

Ein modern eingerichtetes, dem Namen entsprechendes, sehr sauberes Hotel! Wir reisen mit Hund (keine Extrakosten), Hund darf zum Essen mit, die Wirtsleute selbst haben auch drei freundliche Hunde. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffett lassen keine Wünsche offen (Ich bin sehr wählerisch beim essen und bin SEHR zufrieden)! Die Wanderwege Richtung Sonnalmbahn sind sehr schlecht/garnicht beschriftet. in nur 10 Gehminuten erreicht man die Gondelstation Schmittenhöhe und etwa 20 Gehminuten den Stadtkern Zell am See. Mit dem Auto erreicht man nach 20 min. die Großglockner Hochalpenstraße, bis nach Heiligenblut sind es ca. 60 Minuten (es lohnt sich!)

Wunderschön hoch im Berg gelegenes familiäres Berghotel mit Naturbadeteich. Die Aussicht mit Fensterplatz beim Essen ist grandios. Das Essen ist qualitativ hervorragend - vieles wird selbst hergestellt oder stammt aus eigener Jagd. Die All inkl. Light Variante lohnt sich - darf man sich doch die Getränke bis 21.00 Uhr alle selbst zapfen. Die Kuchen zur Kaffeezeit sind sehr lecker. Da würd ich mir wünschen dass die Kaffeezeit bereits früher beginnt, da es ab 18 Uhr - 20 Uhr Abendessen gibt. Wir kamen ein paar Kilo schwerer heim, weil es so gut geschmeckt hat, dass man nicht nein sagen konnte. Ob Themenbuffet: italienisch, Grill oder heimische Spezialitäten es war lecker. Die Zimmer sind modern mit großen Fernsehern. Ein paar Haken oder Kleiderbügel mehr dürften es sein. Bei etwaigen Problemen wird aber zügig und nett geholfen. Viele kleine Suiten mit Küche und Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher ermöglichen auch unabhängige Mahlzeiten. Hunde sind willkommen, was heute nicht selbstverständlich ist. Man ist sehr kinderfreundlich, tierlieb und gastfreundlich. Die Gästekarte ist inklusive und ermöglicht viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung und viele Fahrten mit Bergbahnen. Wir waren zum 2. Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Da wir nach unserem Aufenthalt im letzten Jahr total begeistert waren, haben wir dieses Jahr nochmal 10 Nächte mit unserem Hund auf der Jaga Alm verbracht. Und es war wieder richtig toll. Die Lage, das Essen, die Ausstattung des Hotels und die familiäre Atmosphäre sind einfach top. Bei Anreise haben wir gleich ein Update auf ein Appartement "Erlberg" bekommen das zusätzlich mit einer Küche ausgestattet war. Wir haben uns wieder super erholt und tolle Ausflüge gemacht Auffällig ist die die hohe Anzahl an Stammgästen die das Hotel seit Jahren buchen. Wer einmal da war, kommt wieder. Auch wir kommen garantiert wieder und können die Jaga Alm absolut weiter empfehlen für Urlaub mit oder ohne Hund.
