We stayed for a week in this lovely hotel. It is well placed for exploring both the lake and the mountains and has good transport networks close by. It is next to the main road which can be busy during the day. Was it a problem? Not at all. The food was great and plentiful and tasty.The breakfasts were amazing. The staff were efficient and helpful and a real joy. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them, they were kind and helpful. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Hopefully I will be back soon.

What a wonderful experience! Perfect central location in Zell-am-See, easy access to lake side, mountain lifts and the buses and trains, room spacious and comfortable, meals were high quality and very very tasty. All the staff were friendly and I loved the traditional Austrian clothes that the waiters and waitresses wore. I’ll be back!

What a great hotel. We stayed here for a week in May (booked via TUI Lakes and Mountains) and everything was excellent. The staff are all very friendly, speak excellent English and were so nice to my young son. The bedroom was very modern and the bathroom was excellent, even down to a panorama of Zell am See on the shower screen. The cleanliness was spotless and was refreshed on a daily basis. There was a great range of breakfast buffet items, some of which changed daily. We ate in the restaurant twice and both nights were excellent, again with friendly service. The location is spot-on - right on the edge of the old town centre, but a minute's walk from the central bus station and a couple of minutes from the City Xpress lift. Could not have asked for a better hotel for the week. Thank you.

Excellent hotel, and wonderful staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble and any request was met with a smile and a helpful response. Excellent Food and atmosphere. Will definitely be our first choice on any return to Zell am Zee, Summer or Winter.

Very comfortable hotel located just 5 minutes walk from the station and ten minutes from the old town. Recently refurbished, very comfortable beds and a superb breakfast offering. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

The restaurant is ideally located about 100m from the City Express gondola. There are plenty of other bars and restaurants close bye. The breakfast at the hotel is very good. A wide range of traditional Austrian food. The rooms were very comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the room was so hot. The bathroom floor was so hot you could dry your towels on it. That didn't ruin our stay at all. We had a great time there and would recommend staying here.

Great hotel near the main lift and bus station to go to Kaprun. The hotel is also very central to the bars and restaurants. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. Good communication during the booking process with a very good customer web portal to see your reservation and deposit paid.

This is a lovely cosy family run hotel that feels like the heart of the village. Great food. Friendly staff. Really good set up for skiing with good storage and excellent location for access to city express and the bus to ski school. We loved all the music at night, especially for Shrove Tuesday. Would highly recommend.
