I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing? The scenery is very good, the lake is light and beautiful. Breakfast is also very good. The room is a bit smaller.

In addition to the poor location, everything else is impeccable. The hotel stay is at 3 pm, luggage can be stored after arriving early, or you can go to the gym. Less than 100 meters to the right of the hotel is a free public parking lot. The color of the room is also surprising, just like a wedding room. The breakfast and dinner included in the hotel are also very good and are all natural and healthy food. Compared to the hotel and facilities, my early room is definitely value-for-money, and the price of another room booked on the official website on May 12 is already much more expensive than my one.

From December 2019, the K connection will be open, connecting Kaprun and the family ski area of Maiskogel with the Kitzsteinhorn by a brand new tri-cable railways. To the Areitbahn it is 850 meters and only a few minutes walk.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Lsrge vreakfast buffet. We received a pass for local train and seilbahn as part of the ticket, perfect for daytrips.
