We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June and can not rate it highly enough. The rooms are standard/basic hostel rooms, but that's to be expected in a hostel. The rest of the facilities were fantastic, the lakeside location was just stunning and being able to use their stand up paddle boards for free was incredible! The breakfast was very good, we didn't eat dinner there so can't comment on that. Most of all, the staff really make this place, so friendly and helpful. We had lifts to and from the station (so appreciated!) and tons of helpful info from them. They were all lovely, but special thanks to the lovely English lady. Thanks to all for a great stay.

In addition to the poor location, everything else is impeccable. The hotel stay is at 3 pm, luggage can be stored after arriving early, or you can go to the gym. Less than 100 meters to the right of the hotel is a free public parking lot. The color of the room is also surprising, just like a wedding room. The breakfast and dinner included in the hotel are also very good and are all natural and healthy food. Compared to the hotel and facilities, my early room is definitely value-for-money, and the price of another room booked on the official website on May 12 is already much more expensive than my one.

I have a complaint. Yesterday, I came to breakfast according to my reservation at the hotel. I did not find a table and I did not find anyone to receive me. So I went to a table where there was no one. I sat down to eat breakfast. I was surprised that the waiter asked me to leave the table in front of everyone, which embarrassed me in front of everyone present and put me at a far table. About the people, and I had to talk to the manager Marco to solve my problem. First, he refused to shake my hand. He showed me the guest list and that I was at the bottom of the list and did not deserve to be in view. He told me that he would reserve a table for me for tomorrow, but when I arrived today, I did not find my room number on any table nor anyone to guide me. Where is the professionalism in this dealing?
