We are a party of 5. When I booked two rooms, the hotel contacted me and told me that there was no way to fit 3 people in a standard room. They convinced me to book a Deluxe Family Room and a standard room. I received a written confirmation from the hotel. The hotel did not contact me to tell me the room I booked was unavailable. The hotel told me that they would not charge my card until check in. However, in fact they charged the full amount, 55,900 rubles or $762. When I arrived at the hotel they said they were giving me two interconnected rooms. In fact I was given three standard rooms with double beds. When I asked for the room I booked, the hotel refused. When I asked for a refund the hotel refused. They changed the beds and said I was not overpaying. As compensation they offered a horse excursion. And this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. No way I will return to this hotel. It is a ripoff and the management are dishonest and just don’t give a damn.

Great newish hotel. Large spacious rooms, spa facilities, excellent restaurant onsite and perfect location. Free breakfast had excellent choices, including champagne! Free Parking facilities. Top service from staff both reception and restaurant. Expensive but well worth the price

Довольно приятный отель, внимательный персонал и хорошая кухня. Локация просто отличная, гуляли и наслаждались природой. Очень советую подняться на подъемнике по южному склону на самый верх. Закрытый бассейн супер, все вечера посещал его и остался очень доволен. Рекомендую !

Хочу поблагодарить всех, кто причастен к данному отелю! Администраторы приветливые, все объяснили, все рассказали что да как. Молодой человек помог донести вещи до номера, чем очень спас, так как мы были с маленьким ребенком! Шикарные завтраки! Все безумно вкусно! Номера идеально чистые! Да и вся территория! Огромное спасибо воспитателям, которые находятся в детской комнате! Вы очень внимательные и очень помогли мне с ребенком! Людмила, спасибо вам! От отеля ездили на конную прогулку.. Боже, это было волшебно!! Инструктор по имени Алихан, повёл нас по завораживающему пути! Огромное спасибо Мураду за его помощь!!! Огромное вам всем спасибо!! Благодаря вам все на 5 звезд и мы обязательно снова вернёмся!!!

Вся сантехника в плохом состоянии, душ протекает. Из сливов душа воняет, вытяжка не справляется. Перебои с горячей водой, может закончиться в самый неподходящий момент, о чем не предупреждают. Не рекомендую оставлять личные вещи в камере хранения т.к. сотрудники отеля воруют из сумок, а начальник охраны Андрей Петрович их покрывает говоря «ну вы же опись содержимого не делали, какие могут быть вопросы?»

В целом не плохо, но осадочек остался. Планировали с сыном покататься три дня, так и забронировали, но на второй день горы закрыли из-за погоды. Решили и выехали на сутки раньше и замечу даже деньги за скэйпас вернули,но Архыз решил,что у них особые правила и деньги(30тыс) за полные сутки не вернул. Мы все равно уехали, так как отель и как и все отели в Архызе привязаны к каталке и если случается погодный момент, надо идти на встречу гостям, всем же понятно,что этот отель далек от СПА(типа есть чем заняться), как балет от футбола. А , и еще просили две раздельных кровати, поселили с одной, отвратительное белье и одеяло(каменное)и размер явно не по д кровать. Завтрак скромный ,но за два дня не надоест, рестик не плох,но ценик как на Патриках в лучшем месте. Так что , да 90тыс. за двоих на трое суток более чем в скромном номере(стандарт) на мой взгляд многовато ,один плюс рядом подьемник, но когда достроят хотя бы парочку отелей, пусть даже еще скромнее, Архызу стоит снизить аппетит!

Если вы едете за комфортным и спокойным отдыхом, то вам не сюда. Вокруг грязь и стройка, парковка откровенно говоря в грязи находится, как только вас заселяют, вы более не интересны, и можно с вами по хамски общаться и на ваши просьбы не обращать внимания. Не рекомендую данное «место» это даже не отель к посещению.

Сам отель новый, что понравилось, НО приехали ради спа и бассейна, а по факту бассейн холодный . Как сказали на ресепшен , что его слили и не успел нагреться, но извините об этом надо сообщать людям заранее, а ге по факту!!! Мы ради спа и бассейна сюда и приехали, компенсации никакой не предоставили, администратор сказала, что директор за свой счет им сказал компенсировать людям отсутствие бассейна, что очень возмутимо!!! Нужно быть лояльным к гостям, если с вашей стороны произошла ошибка и вы просто испортили отдых. Просто поспать мы могли и в другом месте за эти деньги. Трижды подумайте прежде чем ехать сюда!!!!
