住了很多次了體驗越來越差勁了，晚上入住時前台説停水了再三詢問告知第二天早上一定能來水，結果到房間後房間衞生差強人意滿床頭髮換了房間稍微能好點，最後還是住上了，到了第二天早上10點左右依舊沒來水，打電話再次詢問前台説12點能來水，就和前台溝通了因為退房時間是12點，溝通後説12點來水後洗漱完畢再退房，比原定12點退房時間晚點，前台也同意了，最後12:05水也沒來，前台不停的催促退房！我告知他們水沒來我想辦法收拾東西需要10分鐘左右退房，前台告知不行並不停的催促。自酒店開業兩年左右最早放假160多到現在的200多倒是沒什麼，關鍵服務，衞生大打折扣，開業一年多內房間提供瓶裝飲用水，今年什麼也不提供房價倒是漲了不少，而且服務，衞生變差了！特殊情況不能變通！真不知道還能經營多久！

第一次旅遊來到澤庫縣，和家人一起入住澤雄大酒店，感覺良好，前台服務態度很好，房間大，乾淨整潔，停車方便，是出差旅遊首選，下次過來繼續入住！

沒有電梯沒有電梯沒有電梯！！！
我們的房間在四樓，兩個大號行李箱，沒有人幫忙提，原本就有高反，上樓後直接臉色嘴脣發白不能動了。問了可不可以換樓層低一些的，回答是沒有，房間內沒有空調，可以理解這裏的氣候，但是不能開窗，因為將會整個屋子全是蒼蠅！！！
