#服務可能溝通不順暢吧！#房間設施可以，有煙臭味#停車方便，有專門停車場我們路過算是路過澤庫，挑了一家我們覺得算是性價比比較高的酒店，設施上説了有空調有暖氣的。到了之後老闆給我們是沒空調的房間，找老闆，老闆説暖氣説是6月15號就停了，空調房都沒有。你要知道晚上衹有幾度，也沒有電熱毯，我們有多冷。那個水巨臟，跟廁所充出來的水一樣，我家人刷牙都不想用，桌上有一瓶水打電話問是可以喝的嗎？態度很不好直接掛掉了電話。我家人看我生氣，就説算了，我們車上有，他去拿，不要為了這個事情計較。半夜太冷，呼吸不暢，以為缺氧，我們車上備有氧氣，先生趕緊去給我拿，結果吸了氧氣沒用，一摸發現我發燒了，又去拿葯給我吃，萬幸準備了感冒葯。房間各種沒有問題，毛巾發黃也可以不用，但根據訂單上的設備沒有就是欺騙，我身體不好，比較怕冷，沒有空調我是住不了的，我真的都看了有空調我才定的。結果這樣真的讓我非常難過。澤庫可能我這輩子衹去這一次，這一次的體驗讓我害怕澤庫。

房間比較寬敞，但沒有40平米那麼誇張，沒有電梯，高原地區爬的氣喘吁吁，房間傢俱和地面比較乾淨整潔，但衞生間梳洗枱面有臟印，床單和毛巾很舊，看起來像沒有換過的，而且床單還爛了一個洞。熱水充足，淋浴噴頭正常。停車停路邊。周邊吃飯的很少，要走很遠才能找到一個合適的。WiFi速度不錯。
