Lars is very friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are clean, spacious. Breakfast was nice. Beds were soft and clean. Tea and cookies in the room. Great view from room 45 with terrace. We would recommend it.

Pleasant stay in my place of birth Zeebrugge...Hotel Monaco is situated near the beach promenade of this harbour town....super friendly staff, the manager Sebastian even offered me a lift if taxi's to busy and hard to get...room spotless with massive TV which included You Tube and Netflix...I didn't take breakfast (which is extra) due to a busy schedule, but saw the display with salmon even included (Continental ) a lift to all floors and an outside area for smokers...train station 2 minutes away (in front of the hotel) and the gate way to Bruges...I will be back!!

Very neat. Everything well arranged. Trustfully left the money for breakfast in the room. Breakfast was certainly fine. Large parking lot across the street is a plus. Friendly staff..the hotel is a bit outdated but the price and quality are certainly ok

No respect for requests, we had asked for a double bed plus a smoking room, we had neither one nor the other, no physical person when we arrived, window open, dirty sheets, lack of towels, contact with the very very complicated reception, far from everything, unpleasant platform.

A very good value for money hotel, a very warm welcome, neat and spacious rooms, free wifi, continental breakfast, good service in a pleasant setting. It’s a hotel that has some lovely surprises in store inside, in terms of its terrace and the relaxation room.
