Radisson Collection Hotel, The National Brussels

Everything in this hotel is extremely perfect. I am simply delighted with everything. No words to describe how special everything was.

Our stay was exceptionally pleasant and relaxing from start to finish. The room was absolutely delightful, with a stunning view—especially at sunrise when the sky filled with a beautiful orange glow. Stoke Restaurant was a real highlight: the food was outstanding, leaning more toward bistronomie than a typical brasserie, both in quality and presentation. A special thank-you to Cristiano for the excellent bar service during our aperitif, and to Alba for her warm and professional reception service. Their attention made our stay even more memorable. We also enjoyed the facilities at David Lloyd, which added another level of comfort and relaxation to our trip. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would happily repeat.

I had such an amazing stay at Radisson Collection The National! From check-in to check-out, the team was just incredible — so professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. You can tell they really love what they do, and it shows in every detail. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant, but honestly, it’s the people who make it unforgettable. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Huge thanks to the whole team for making my stay perfect — can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is brand new, super luxurious and comfortable, but the Stoke restaurant is overpriced and the food basic and not value for money.

After my stay, I only have words of gratitude for the heart of the hotel, the team of professionals who make you feel at home at all times (I'd love to name them all, but this review would be wonderfully long). The hotel is a spectacular space where everything is in its place (clean and perfect). To highlight some of its other virtues: the room is spacious and beautiful, the gym is top-notch, the breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, the restaurant's food is exquisite (flavor, presentation, quality...), and I can't finish without mentioning the decor of every space, as well as the nooks and crannies to explore. The natural surroundings make time stand still, and you simply enjoy it.
