The Worst ever ❌❌❌ I had a reservation on Feb last month , arrived there at 7 pm, I had to wait 2 hours at door when it was freezing freezing cold , I stood there like homeless waiting for their lovely lady to answer my desperate messages ! And emails I have tried everything to get in contact including several Emails , tried their help chat and their direct wats app number . But there was absolutely( ZERO )answers to my desperate messages❌ I didn’t have local sim and no body was there to ask for help I had to use my phone to call using the very expensive rates for their lovely lady to answer me finally ( who has not said even say Sorry for not answering me and letting me freeze there for 2 hours with my luggage in the street ) rude , cold , and unprofessional. Even after I got the key I had to sleep starving and dehydrated because their vending machine was dead and won’t accept card payment Plus the stained bed sheets I am a flight purser working for airlines for 15 years , had been to 72 countries stayed in thousands of hotels around the globe in my entire experience you are the worst by miles far Conclusion do your self the favor or your lifetime and stay away 👎

I would not recommend this property to my enemy. The staff was completely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. We were left without a room and had to scramble for a new hotel. She refused to help us until she was done with her leisurely day. She wouldn’t open her computer to confirm our reservation.
