設施很好，入住體驗很好，海邊的風景盡收眼底

The facilities are very good, the stay experience is very good, and the scenery of the seaside is panoramic

房間很大，酒店設施齊全，但是酒店自己的海是填過的全是石頭很硌腳。

The room is large and the hotel facilities are complete, but the hotel's own sea is filled with stones and is very uncomfortable.

獨家來説的話真不錯
在酒店裡躺躺什麼的，酒店比較新感覺，然後房間很大，也沒有潮濕問題，住得很舒服。
沙灘下面水草有點多，但是酒店的設施還是可以的，有很多玩樂的項目

King Bed Room with Garden View

Beautiful property with a phenomenal staff. The vast majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend asking for Luis Carrasquillo at the “Waters Edge” restaurant.  He went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel like we were his only table. He treated us like family. He was a pleasure to see every morning for breakfast. He would remember our drinks and have them ready for us! Amazing service with a smile!

My family visiting places every year, but this is the best vacation we had so far. Main reason is the resort where we stayed (Hyatt Regency). Excellent beach inside the resort, great swimming pool, many water activities made this vacation as very memorable one. Room was super clean and they had great services. 

the Resort Director Gerld Tellez is an amazing person Great with cucstomer service and well with the staff, the staff was around ever corner to help with anything that was needed. i will definitely be back
