Not 5 stars. Who in the name of the Father gives these Stars rating? It’s more a business/convention center hotel next to a Shopping mall with cinema. Poor menu in the Cafe Hotel looks rundown. It may used to be 5 stars but not any more. Wouldn’t dare to use a spa here. Check in - fair though not many information about Zaragoza as in other hotels in Rioja. The city is big and busy. So, some pointers about moving in the city and where /when to eat may be helpful. You don’t get that from the front desk at check in. I would rate it only 3 stars top.

The breakfast is very good, the freshly squeezed orange juice is very good, the fruit bread and the local ham are also very good, the breakfast can get full marks, the hotel is an old hotel, so the facilities are still relatively old, the suites are not very spacious, but the lobby is very grand and the restaurant is good . The room is just average.

Staff were very helpful. Lovely location. Central to all key locations. Air con spot on. First class breakfast. Well worth putting on your itinerary if travelling from Santander/ Bilbao to the Costas. Car parking was fine ( even with a 4.5m length car). Place was pristine.

I missed breakfast after sleeping too much, so good. I suggest that you do not order breakfast with breakfast, pay 7.5 Euros to the store, and there is almost no discount in advance. The hotel is just in front of the zaragoza station, and it is a little difficult to find. It is just a short walk from the main entrance through the main square and a road. There are no restaurants around, you can order takeaway, there is a menu of telepizza in the room, you can also order glovo啥, but it is really slow. The hotel staff was not bad, there was no tableware for the takeaway, and the table was also provided to us at the front desk. It might be more convenient to have a Eurostar in the zaragoza station, but if you want to take the car directly the next day, it is similar. The facilities are not bad, after all, it is very cheap, the room is quite big, the mini bar is also very cheap, in general it is good.

An excellent boutique hotel with a modernistic and trendy atmosphere, centrally located. The fit out of the bar/dining area and the rooms is modern and very comfortable, as well as being well above average for a reasonably priced hotel. The centrally located position ( close to rail station) is excellent for walking into the city centre ( Alphonus 1 Ave). A lot of major tourist attractions are within walking distance and the city itself is busy and interesting at night , with numerous sights to see, including a magnificent cathedral, galleries and Gothic and Roman ruins. The numerous tapas bars and other eateries, positioned throughout the numerous old streetscapes are truly superb, though not inexpensive are worth the money. Zaragoza and the hotel are worthy of favouritism as some of the best in Spain.

The hotel is the second time we chose to visit Zaragoza and this time have had a detail has disappointed us. Last Saturday, several First Communion celebrations coincided with all guests, which we were not few. The problem came when offering dinner to guests ... All the hotel rooms were busy with the events, so the guests led us to the small bar with four tables that have next to the reception. It is not only that it is not the right place to dine (small, noisy, uncomfortable, in full step, ...), but also they didn't even bother to change the menu, as it was the same as the previous day. Although it is true that they offer you a letter with combined meals, sandwiches, salads, hamburgers, ... in case you don't like the day menu. We believe that if the dinner is served from 20 to 22 hours, the events should be organised in such a way that at that time there would already be a dinner room fitted to give guests dinner.

This time I used this hotel relatively close to the station because I used the railway, but since it is a taxi to the city and the station, I think the city was good even in a slightly expensive hotel ❗ The response was very good at a beautiful hotel. We stay only One night and we really enjoyed to have chosen Cesaraugusta. Hotel Is in a good position close to historic centre Easy reachable by foot. It Is available a garage with gate to park and from It, you can go to the reception by a lift. This Is very useful since outside, on the street, It Is hard find a Place where leave the car on the street. Room clean... Just a note about temperature that can not be regulate. Room was too hot in the evening, a Little cold in the morning.

Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. We were a night of walking through Zaragoza and as we already knew this hotel from other previous stays, we didn't want surprises. A central hotel, very close to the Plaza España and the whole centre of the Tubo and the Basilica, gave us for three people a very large room, with very comfortable beds and well equipped with regard to the washing machine. We don't eat at the hotel so we can't comment on this issue except for breakfast: for our taste quite well, very acceptable, sure more than one would miss some product but we neither eat much nor are too much ”sybaritas”. Therefore, no complaints about it. You do not have your own parking, if you come in the weekend you may be able to park on adjacent streets since the blue area is free (or was it before). In our case, as we came between weeks, this was not possible and we had to leave the car in the parking they have concerted a couple of streets, 5 minutes (to make a idea, pay € 15 for a whole day). In the end, it is a safe bet for us when we approach the city.

The hotel is in a residential area, close to Zaragoza University, 7 mins walk. I came for a conference; otherwise, I would have stayed at the city's historical site. The downtown is within 20 mins walking distance, and it is a smooth walk The room doesn't have a coffee machine, there is a coffee machine in the lobby, but it didn't work. The staff is helpful, and I could buy coffee from the kitchen. The staff doesn't speak English; however, they do their best to communicate. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls are thin you can hear other people closing their doors or walking in the corridor. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you are a vegan/vegetarian this area and I think Zaragoza in general is not vegan friendly. The historical site has some options but is not vegan.

It was good ... but not phenomenal. The room was not ventilated nor with open windows. Towards a soaking heat, though the outdoor time was great. I asked for air conditioning, but they told me that it couldn't yet be activated ... I didn't understand anything. But as location is good.

We visited Zaragoza for a week and stayed at this hotel. Room was quite small but beds were comfortable and shower was good. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels and linens were given. Our room was on the 4th floor and, unfortunately, for most of our stay, the guests in the next room were very noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Breakfast was included in our booking and was quite adequate. Plenty of choice of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals, juices, coffee and a hot selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and vegetables. Reception staff were very pleasant. This location is a few stops on the tram to Zaragoza Centro but the tram is very close to the hotel and offers an excellent service. We could have walked to the centre but the temperatures were around 40 degrees and it was a bit too hot to walk far. All in all, a nice hotel and a good location (there are bars and restaurants close by and also a large shopping centre).

Find on Booking with the name ”Be Zaragoza Hostel” as the cheapest accommodation near the center (52 euro three nights in May). Once you get down the airport bus (Puerta del Carmen stop) you are 12 minutes walking away but the hostel is very comfortable to visit the city. The first night I didn't sleep because of the door's bell, then set behind my complaint. With the magnetic card you also have a comfortable and capable box. Taked comfortable near the bed. Common clean bathrooms. In the ground floor a music club. During my stay a famous Japanese group of Rhythm 'n' beat ...show!
