It was good ... but not phenomenal. The room was not ventilated nor with open windows. Towards a soaking heat, though the outdoor time was great. I asked for air conditioning, but they told me that it couldn't yet be activated ... I didn't understand anything. But as location is good.

I arrived without reservation on Saturday at 1. Got a spot right away and the staff showed me a map of the city and where to go to. The spot where I was is unfortunately still in the full sun. I can see they have planted plants, because they are still small. This will definitely help in the future. Hopefully they will continue with this. On the other hand the pool is in the middle of the camping on a small hill with a lot of grass around it and a lot of trees for shade. Pool is very nice and clean. Also a lot of showers and toilets are available and clean. I was alone, but a lot of families were here. And I can understand why. Also a lot of things to do for them. They have a restaurant at the pool side, what is very convenient. In the evening I met Diego from the staff in the city centrum and he showed me a good time in the city with his friends. Had a lot of fun and he was very nice and professional. Thank you for a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 22nd September. I am disabled and have considerable mobility problems. The hotel advertises a car park but it is virtually impossible to find. There are only limited direction signs and access to the car park is difficult. Having gone round the one way system a number of times we finally found the car park entrance. An unhelpful member of staff told us that the car park was full and we would have to park elsewhere. Street parking around the hotel is impossible and the nearest public car park is some distance away from the hotel. After yet more circuits of the one way system we found somewhere to park. I then had considerable difficulty getting back to the hotel. I had previously requested an accessible room but apparently the are situated a long walk from the lift, which is very odd.We had to settle for a standard room near to the lift. Having finally checked in after a lot of stress and pain we looked forward to a relaxing meal.No Chance! The hotel doesn't offer any meaningful evening food option. My wife ended up going to the local supermarket to get food to bring back to the room as I wasn't capable of trawling round the city to find a restaurant. Luckily, my wife was with me to help and support me.Had I been alone this would have been a complete nightmare. We have stayed at many Ibis hotels in he past and have never had this sort of experience. Needless to say,we won't be repeating this.

Old Town
We booked this place last minute having been let down by an Airbnb in the town. The location is perfect. Just off the high street, 2 minutes to the Basilica. Didn’t try the breakfast, there’s loads of pastry/sandwich shops in the immediate vicinity offering cheap and quality products. The staff were friendly enough. Reception is staffed 24/7. They do lock the front door after about 22:00 so you need to press the buzzer to gain access but this didn’t cause any issues. Rooms were basic but clean. Outdated and with paper thin walls. There was a small fridge. The flush of the toilet felt like an earthquake and you could hear/feel the flush of all surrounding rooms also. That being said despite being basic, it did what we needed it to do and it was comfortable enough. Would stay here again if in the area.
