Although I had problems with check-in (they didn't send me the apartment entry code in time), after 1 hour and a half everything was resolved and I settled into the Silken Casa Platerias, which I really liked. I got room 3A, on the 3rd floor, facing the street, which I thought was great. The apartment was divided into living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, the space was very good, very comfortable bed as well as the sofa in the living room, heating working well, very complete kitchen and excellent bathroom, in addition to the washing machine that I ended up not using . The location was perfect, as it was in the center of everything, close to the Basilica of the Virgin of Pilar, as well as the "Navidad" Market. Shops, restaurants, shops, supermarkets are all very close by and in large numbers, in addition to easy access to museums, churches, etc... It is worth visiting the Cathedral and the Aljafería Palace...

Nice apartment, very central, about 200 m from Plaza del Pilar, lots of restaurants, the tapas area is just 300 m away, the apartment has all the amenities and good customer service! We will definitely be back!!

We were pleasantly surprised from the start by the perfect communication and disposition of Mery (contact person and person in charge of the apartments). She is a delight and is available at all times for absolutely everything. The apartment was charming, cosy, clean and had absolutely everything you needed, with a very pleasant interior temperature. The location was perfect, one minute from the basilica, the tube station and the shopping streets... Without a doubt... We will be back!
