Very central location with many cafes, bars, restaurants and stores nearby. Most landmarks are within walking distance. The staff are really friendly and helpful and they recommended this restaurant for roasted lamb, it was excellent. "Asador de Aranda" it's 400 meters from the hotel.

The room is a bit small, far from the 4 stars in China, but it is convenient. It is in the city center, with Aragon Square and the Palais des Anglais shopping mall downstairs. There are also many restaurants downstairs, with an average price of 10-20 euros per person, and coffee shops are generally 2-3 euros. It’s a 15-minute walk to Pilar Square and a 10-minute walk to Roman Forum. There are clothing and cosmetics shops on the road~

Very disappointed, although the hotel has an excellent location for the tram, Basilica and main shops, it is not worthy of a 4 star rating. Badly in need of a refurb, room furniture was very basic. Breakfast was cold buffet only. Ask for a low floor unless you like climbing stairs.

Stayed 2 nights. Staff were nice enough and the hotel location and wifi is excellent however the hotel room was in desperate need of a makeover. Was booked for a double room and got 2 single beds pushed together. The bedside table lights were wobbly, chair for the desk was covered in stains, scuff marks on all the walls, the bathroom had mold marks around the bath, ceiling had water damage and stains, annoying rumbling sound in the hall, the bathroom had odour coming from other rooms including the smell of smoke, cracked tiles in the bathroom, the tap in the sink was so close to the edge I could barely get my hand under it, the lifts took an age to go anywhere and were tiny. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed one night and we were very pleased with the comfort of the room: good a/c, quiet and good beds. You can walk to all places from here. Parking was ok—but avoid renting a big car because the parking garages are incredibly snug. The one thing that could be better at the hotel: it should have had a coffee machine and/or water heater in the room.
