Past it's best, very clean, pleasant staff, just a little old fashioned, 60s great place for a value stay, breakfast 16€, way too expensive ,plenty of cafes within 20 metres breakfast less than half the price. Don't be put of though it's a great location and rooms have coffee makers tv etc

Excellent, slightly older, large hotel. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom. comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, with a large selection of food. In the very center. we got connecting rooms, so the soundproofing wasn't the best

First room we were given AC did not work. After telling them 3 different times about it through out the day (each time promised it was fixed) we asked for new room. This room the AC worked, but no fridge, smaller room and bed & bed hard as a rock. The room had a big balcony that had rusted steel beams as roof & old cracked tiles for floor and nothing else (no chairs). The grab handle in the shower was dangling by one loose screw & fell off with the first shower exposing rusty screws that we had to be careful not to touch while showering for fear of tetanus. We had to go up the elevator on the even older more delapidated part of the hotel bc the other elevator was broken. Then Sometime early on the morning before we woke on our departure day, the AC was shut off. The room was hot & stuffy by 8am. Though the staff was polite, the condition of the entire hotel is in need of complete renovation or just shuttered for good. A complete waste of money.

It has plenty of stars, perhaps in its days it was 4 stars, but now it is outdated. Very dark areas, old rooms, old sinks. Everything is very clean, yes. Poor breakfast. The little staff we saw, very nice. No views, at least our room faced an alley. The walls are made of paper, you can hear everything in the next room perfectly.

It is by no means a 4 star, at least not today. Both the rooms and the hotel in general are old, although the location is very central. We liked our stay, but we missed some services or more variety at lunch.

The only notable thing about the hotel is the location 2 minutes from Pilar. The hotel needs renovation (toilets, furniture, windows...). For me, the price of the room (133 euros/night, AD) does not correspond to the services: it was cold and there were no blankets in the room, the windows did not insulate from the noise of the street, the curtain was half torn, you cannot reserve parking.. And breakfast, more of the same: scarce, little variety and served in the hall on the first floor. The elevators also need urgent change, especially a couple of them that can fit just two people...

Very comfortable mattress, extra large bed, silent. Decorated with Goya paintings. Very good treatment at reception. Mr. Angel gave us exquisite treatment. He offered us a map of Zaragoza. Ample parking in the same building We will return for sure

It is a very central hotel, the staff is attentive, but the hotel has too many stars, it had its glory days but right now it is a very outdated hotel, it smells bad. Parking is expensive but that's not the worst because in the end you pay for the situation, which is the best thing the hotel has. They have to get to work and reform it.
