I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. The hotel is in a very good location, and it is very convenient to walk to the surrounding attractions. The breakfast is rich, and the staff is very friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Hotel in a quiet area, modern, well located, near the shopping centre of Gran Casa and about 20min walking from the centre and the basilika of the Pilar and with tram stop at the door. The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large enough for two people, good temperature of hot water and good pressure of water that is very important for me. The bathroom was a little deteriorated, with typical silicium a little dark and regularly remasted, as well as the crystal, always insufficient in most hotels so that the water does not leave the bathroom. We can't comment on breakfast because we only take accommodation (there are enough places around to have breakfast at a reasonable price).

Good value for money. When we entered the room it smelled strongly of tobacco, we went to reception to report it and they immediately gave us another one. On the ground floor they have a 24-hour coffee machine where you can have free coffee or infusions. If you stay more than one night and do not need your room to be made up every day, you can say so when you check in and they will invite you to breakfast.
