Everyone at the Intourist made us feel special. We were there for almost 3 weeks and the Intourist never let us down. The reception staff led by Elena and Liz could not have been more helpful. They always followed through on all of our concerns. By the way none of the concerns were hotel related. One short story that conveys just how thoughtful they were: Cell service for Verizon was none existent outside of the wi-fi range of the hotel. There was a heavy snowstorm blowing outside and we were waiting a taxi. One of the front desk staff realized we did not have phone service when the taxi driver called the main line asking for us. She actually ran out into the storm wearing nothing but her uniform and high heel shoes and told us that the taxi was going to be late. These folks at the Intourist really care. If your travels take you to the Zaphorozhia city center then you must stay there!

повне розчарування. Їхали з іншого міста, попередньо подзвонили і запитали чи буде можливість замовити їжу о 22:00-22:30(такий був час прибуття) дівчина з рецепції нам відповіла, що є можливість поїсти до 23:00. Тому ми спокійно їхали маршрутом(могли б зупинитись десь поїсти, але сказали ж що зможемо в готелі) При заселенні о 22;30 сказали, що вже не працює кухня, кухар пішов додому. Це був перший дзвоник. Піднявшись у свій номер, перше що нас зустріло це неприємний запах у номері і страшенна духота. (Ми зупинялись у різних готелях, хоча б за пів годинки у таку погоду вони включають кондиціонер, ну ок) Як виявилось світло вимикають о 23:00 до 04:00, шкода що нас не попередили по телефону. Кондиціонер не включити, 8-ий поверх, балкон відкривається тільки на провітрювання, але шум від машин це взагалі окрема тема. Голодні, в духоті ми лягли спати. Ще такого не бачила щоб телевізор був на столі. Це теж звісно не для готелю 4*. При заселенні викупили сніданки, в надії на те, що зможемо хоча б поснідати. Такого жаху для готелю 4* на сніданки ми ще не бачили. Хліб не сьогодняшний, навіть не вчорашній. Ті овочі які представлені на «шведському столі» не свіжі, обвітряні. Два види ковбаси, яка доречі теж вже залежена. Гидко і не приємно. Попереджайте які у вас сніданки або зробіть вищі ціни і нормальний вибір. Фото додаю. Кава взагалі жахлива. За таку ціну як ми заплатили за ніч це просто шахрайство і крадіжка.
