Excellent hotel value for money. I often stay there during business trips. Nice staff, clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The only minus in the rooms, whose windows overlook the roadway, you can hear the noise from the cars.

What pleasant memories! Reikartz is a great location in the city center, green, spacious, comfortable. The outdoor ceremony was on the lawn between the tents, the arch + used the hotel's rattan chairs, the decorators decorated it with covers - it looked great. The welcome buffet was in a small tent, a slide of champagne, light snacks and waiting for our guests (while we received congratulations) flew by. The banquet itself was in a larger tent. Our decorators did their best and made it just a fairy tale for us, everything is very simple, but at the same time sophisticated and without unnecessary pathos. As for food - there is a lot of food, tasty and varied, I don’t know when they say that there won’t be much food for 850 UAH, don’t believe it - everything was enough. For alcohol and drinks - they ordered from Reikartz and partially brought their own. As for the work of the waiters, the guys are attentive, they responded instantly to any requests, the admin girls also led our event from the very beginning - from choosing the date and venue, ordering the menu, arranging, the holiday itself ... and it’s also nice that what was left was carefully packed into lunch boxes and gave them to us. We made an order on a package offer - so the room was a gift for us, and it is very convenient - not to go home, but to stay at the hotel, have a leisurely breakfast in the morning and fly away on our honeymoon!))) Thank you to everyone involved in our holiday, our holiday was a success!

To begin with, the wedding was in June 2019, the site does not give the option to mark such a long visit. We celebrated our wedding in a large tent on the street, there were 40 of us. The disappointment began from the moment when, on the evening before our ceremony, my fiancé and I saw that our guest was buying water for his daughter at the bar😳 What? Why? We ordered a buffet before the ceremony, and of course it was provided that there would be plain water. OK. After our ceremony, we with all the guests had to go to the tent for a banquet, where at the tables (as we were promised, and this was discussed 10 times), there should have been white chairs. But instead, there were rearranged wooden chairs from the ceremony. Okay too! The arrangement of the tables was not the same as we discussed, although we came more than once and discussed everything with all our contractors, including the location of the tables. It so happened that our presidium with the groom stood so far from all the guests that we were like out of the way. And they swallowed it. What a shame it was for us when we found that the tables were empty, there were some drinks and serving (there was no food), but there were compliments prepared by us for the guests - these are small chocolates that partially melted under the sun. For food, I still understand, maybe it wasn’t set out in advance because it was 30 grams of heat that day, but then why did you put out chocolate?! , and advised us this place for our wedding. So, when everyone was already at the tables, the food began to be served extremely slowly, there was no bread at all all evening (for which the money was given), until we ourselves said, where is the actual bread ?! They also ordered pita bread, so it was not there at all all evening. The main thing they took the money! For our table with the groom, we ordered a slightly separate menu, because I don’t like meat and you know what? We were instructed with cold cuts, which we asked not to be served to us, and salads instead were not brought to us at all. All this was discussed in advance with the administrator Julia, for which there is a separate conversation. We ordered Lemonade for the guests, they put us Tarragon. Of course, you will forgive me, but when I saw this light green color among the guests in glasses, I was generally shocked 😨 There were no waiters at all, our guests were not served, it was very difficult to interrogate anything. We ordered a special menu (dietary) for one of the guests, so everyone was already sitting eating and drinking, and our guest was sitting and looking at everyone. You have no idea how embarrassed we were! By the middle of the evening, drinks were running out and the waiters were telling the guests “sorry it’s over”, although it was purchased and was in the refrigerator🤦🏼‍♀️ So, about the banquet administrator - Yulia.
