Zapopan Hotels with Bars

Five-star hotel that doesn't live up to its name. Curtain Labron. Shower head is broken. Stayed three nights and didn't fix it. I don't know if it was repaired or not. The room service came back at 6pm and didn't do it yet. The rock style is quite fresh, and there is a live concert in the evening. The breakfast is too bad, don't come to the Chinese stomach!

Hotel service is general, the location is very good. The difference between club king (7-12 floors) and city views (1-7 floors) is that the floor is a little higher and there is nothing to watch. A Hyatt hotel, knocking me when I was sleeping in the morning, the door said to change the battery of my door? It is very disappointing compared to the domestic Hyatt hotel. The price is very low.

A great place to take a good rest With amazing menu for breakfast, food and dinner

So dirty, there was a cigarette butt next to the bin on the floor, pubic hair everywhere. The carpet looks like it’s never been cleaned, I put my crawling twins on the floor when we first got to the hotel room momentarily whilst I was sorting the bags out so hadn’t noticed how dirty it was. Their legs were black from the dirt and they were covered in other peoples hair. When we booked the rooms stated electric kettle but this is not true. I called reception as I needed this to make baby bottles and they said they don’t have but to get hot water from the restaurant which sounded easy enough. This was not easy, when we asked at the restaurant they advised they don’t have hot water. I spoke to reception as it was late and was worried the babies wouldn’t have formula, they spoke to the restaurant who gave us a filthy coffee stained flask, I advised it still had coffee in and this would make the babies sick. This person said speak to reception and walked off. I ended up bringing the bottles down and getting them to fill directly, this took 40 mins! Ice machine is filthy, I wouldn’t put that ice in anything I’m consuming. Pool is cold and in the middle of the reception area with absolutely no privacy. We were going to stay two nights but thankfully only booked one in advance as even that was a difficult ask. We had a trip early the next morning from that hotel or we would have left.

The room was good, just a little expensive, and the breakfast was average. Generally speaking, the cost performance is not very high. There are many hotels nearby for the same price but very convenient to eat

The receptionist was quite rude and unfriendly. The room they gave me was ample but with outdated furniture and not very clean (dead cockroach included). The bathroom was old and unconfortable. The hotel entrance was consistently missed by taxis and ubers... I was completely misled by the hotel's qualification. I don't usually write bad reviews, but feel obliged to warn out other users...

Very good, location, first class service

The hotel is well located, excellent location to come to Expo Guadalajara, full breakfast and modern rooms with cleaning. The note I give you, unfortunately, is because they are a cheaper: After making my booking for 6 months before my stay and after ”with them a bug in the collection” (My card as a guarantee I have been in Booking for more than 5 years) I have contacted the hotel because Booking tells me I have 24 hours to change my payment method and change it; otherwise I lose my reservation. The same hotel offers me to pay by bank transfer and I do so. For my surprise, 36h after payment, the hotel tells me that, since I have not paid with card and under the terms specified by Booking, my reservations are cancelled and I am subject to a high-demand price. I've been paying twice the amount of money reserved only for capricious or bad practices of booking and/or management people. After reaching the hotel and complaining with the manager, her answer is that ”I don't know what happened.” No excuse, no gesture of good will. Even giving $50 American breakfast. A shame.

It is a very wonderful place, have a good service at reception, it is a place that keeps it very clean, I liked it very much that I have many green areas is a very special place to spend a good weekend and clearly I liked the service of the roommates and very friendly cleaning staff people are a place that if I recommend
