Zhangzhou Renhe Tiandi Shangkeyou is strategically located and has first-class facilities. The third floor is the billiard hall. There are many snacks downstairs. The surrounding Zhangzhou Museum, Mozi Museum, and Luban Museum are within easy reach. It is a 5-minute walk. Of course, there are people and shopping plazas with all living facilities. The room was large and the front desk service was warm and thoughtful.

這是我在全國尚客優酒店入住中，最差的一次體驗啦。先不講我早已經是攜程和尚客優雙重優質會員啦。現在很多同行都早已經開始憑信用分入住先住後付費啦，而你們這家店在我辦理入住的時候前台工作人員竟然要求我交付100元的按金。我問為什麼收這筆按金，得到的回覆説是房間裏面有易碎品，哈哈！ 當我提出在任何一家我入住過的國內尚客優店鋪都沒有收過呀，前台人員很理直氣壯的迴應我説：每家店情況不同，我們老闆説要收。 當時我真的很懷疑我是否是在攜程官網上面預訂了一間假尚客優品牌酒店了呢。 我後面很配合的用付款寶繳納了100元按金，但也不見提供任何的按金單據給我。當我問起説如何退這筆款項的時候才同我講會在退房的時候原路退回的。當天因為有點兒晚，晚上還要加班做電腦資料報告等也就勉強住下來了。 第二天（今早）大概7點5分左右退房，貌似另外一個工作人員接待的，當我問起説按金何時退給我的時候，回了我一句，要等到8點打掃房間的阿姨上班檢查過後再退還（此刻我不知道是不是該這樣理解：如果發現有易碎品破爛損壞等就需要賠償扣除按金之類的），我因為趕時間等不到8點就離開了酒店，後面9點多查詢付款寶訊息的確看到有收到這一筆按金的退款，但我現在還有個疑問，在我離店到保潔阿姨開工這一小時期間，在我本人不在場的情況下，萬一出現了房間內的所謂物品損失，這個責任該如何去劃分呢？是否也需要住客全部來承擔呢？ 今時今日這樣的服務，遠落後於同行，不知道是否能引起經營者的重視呢？！ 備註：我實現忘記截圖了，付款寶按金付款及退回的截圖，那上面顯示的酒店名稱還真就沒有尚客優字樣呢，不知道是否真的是掛羊頭賣狗肉呢，因為我住過的真正的尚客優的服務真沒有這樣差呢，全程禮貌用語之類的皆無，也不知道開業前是如何做的培訓啊，哈哈！ 今天説得有點多，目的只有一個，作為服務行業請重視與客人的有效溝通，提升服務水平，其他沒有了！謝謝！
