The most relaxing stay. Before check-in, the front desk lady called to inform us of the parking location and where to buy tickets. The hotel also has a car to pick us up, which made it easy for us to check in. After arriving at the hotel, the staff was also very considerate to check in and guide us to the room. It was clean and fully equipped. It is worth recommending to everyone.

特別特別好的酒店。酒店本身古香古色，我們入住的時候，許多遊客以為是景點。早飯也好吃，很對我和家人的胃口。最讓我感動的是，從我預訂打電話開始，前台的小姑娘就特別熱心，我説我希望兩間房相鄰，方便互相照應，前台小姑娘就幫我留了。後來加了微信，告訴我怎麼買古城門票，車停哪裡方便。一路上，給我打了好幾個電話，詢問我到哪了，需不需要人去南門接。我們到了古城南門，檢票進去，發現導航的路走不了，因為長者有輪椅，一定要從大路過去。於是我又打電話給前台，麻煩派人來接。接人的小夥子非常熱心，幫我們擋人流，因為輪椅確實不是很方便。本來預計住兩個晚上，結果孩子突然發燒了，我們行程有變，需要回京了。第二天一早我就和酒店協商，人家很爽快的答應了。雖然我們家一行五人，衹在酒店住一晚，但是體驗到了酒店絕佳的服務，美味的早飯，精緻的景色。謝謝前台的小姑娘，謝謝接我們的小夥子，謝謝一位酒店的男士，大概是位經理吧，當時着急入住着急走，又顧長者又顧孩子，我也實在沒想到去詢問人家的姓名。總之是特別好的體驗，非常感謝，非常感動。最後一點，酒店表現如此出色，但是沒有一個人要求寫好評。我從北京一路自駕，最遠到浙江，十幾天住了不少酒店，大部分酒店都是加微信，然後要好評。但是，正升園沒有。我想這也是他們點評數不多的原因吧。下次有機會去古城，我肯定還會選擇正升園。用心，才能長久。祝生意興隆。

The hotel was booked for the Zaozhuang concert. The location is very good. The stadium is within walking distance. It is close to the mall for eating and shopping. The underground parking lot is shared with the mall. Free parking is available by scanning the code when checking out. The check-in speed in the lobby is relatively slow (but snacks are given), and the lobby manager with glasses provides good service. Two small comments: 1. The room hygiene needs to be improved. There are water stains and fingerprints on the power switch, and there are a lot of dust and hair. There are draft texts left by previous guests on the back of the hotel introduction paper on the desk. 2. The breakfast is rich, but there are no wontons around 9:00 (closed at 10:30). Western dishes such as breakfast salad and roasted pumpkin are well received.

The stay experience was perfect! Traveling with my parents, the hotel is located in the scenic area. The front desk clerk will contact you in advance to inform you of the check-in instructions. Although the room is close to the main commercial street, it is still very quiet at night. The massage machine in the room is especially popular with the elderly. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the food is also good. Not bad, exceeded expectations. A suggestion: don’t use disposable tableware in restaurants. It’s not environmentally friendly and has no quality.

The new net red restaurant is located in the core of the ancient city, just next to Fuxing Square. Seeing the alley next to KFC, turn over and arrive. It takes only a few minutes to walk to major attractions and travel is very convenient. The hotel has a parent-child room, equipped with a children's entertainment area, and a warm reading area. Many children's picture books are also attentive. The hotel can also rent Hanfu, the ancient city is full of beautiful scenery, and a blockbuster can be made in minutes. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and every performance would send a message reminder in advance, and also sent fruit and souvenirs intimately. The fly in the ointment is that the price is average during the Spring Festival. The courtyard parent-child room we set is a little more expensive than the Shu sleep parent-child room. The difference is that the window is bigger and has nothing to do with the courtyard. The room is really very, very small. There is no refrigerator in the room, breakfast is a meal, and the meal time is relatively slow. It is really a five-star hotel.
