不乾淨，床上都是一些碎雜，睡了一晚上渾身癢癢，身上還起小紅點點，配套設施老舊，沒有熱水。

整個酒店沒一人入駐，黑洞洞的。被子床單沒有更換，有黴味和臭味。房屋從裏面鎖上保險就開不了門，打電話前台老頭還兇巴巴沒好話怪顧客。沒一次性拖鞋沒熱水，房間燈管壞了也不修黑乎乎的。從來沒住過這樣的店，開了房間沒住就走了。

房間實在是太陳舊了，設施非常老舊，鏡子和洗臉盆都是用過很多年的，浴巾毛巾像別家酒店淘汰的一樣。因為假期，房價價格水漲船高，300多一間標間，沒有免費礦泉水，沒有吹風機，需要單獨和前台要。商家服務態度還不錯。

當時我們在去訂這家酒店之前，我給前台打過電話，問他到台兒莊古城大概需要多長時間，然後他給我的回覆是衹需要步行五六分鐘就能到，因為我們是很長時間以前就打算去台兒莊古城，所以酒店就是提前訂的，前台接待人員態度非常的差，還嫌我們買的比較便宜，這倒無所謂，但是他在分房的時候給了我們一張最差最差的房間，雖然説我們是兩個小姑娘住但是也不至於給一個連門鎖都壞了的房間吧，就這樣，大家千萬別去而且裏面的東西特別亂，特別臟，特別差狗住了都嫌棄

有史以來住的最破的酒店，還是連鎖酒店，不知是咋通過審核的，首先我們到時賓館門口的燈都沒開漆黑一片，來回有好幾趟打聽了人才找到，沒有電梯五樓走上去，被子枕頭都是臟的，牆皮脱落，空調除了開關鍵其它所有鍵都不管用，衞生間沒有紙，燒水壺裡麪漆黑不知是啥東西，沒有電吹風，我覺得我住了一個黑店，或者説是假的尚客優，我希望不要再有人上當受騙，更希望尚客優取締這個店，因為每個店代表的是尚客優的形象。

凍死了，凍死了，一晚上凍醒十來次，空調製熱，但是吹一分鐘熱氣，停五分鐘緩沖，窗户漏風，啊啊啊，凍死了，但是還好有24小時熱水。
