the hotel location is very good and stand city center. Hotel on the West tower of Twins shopping mall and hotel have many Zaozhuang city painting of natural landscapes , lobby have Laban Lock so amazing . Receptionist show their welcome and smiling greetings which make us warm . the weather is badly because dust storm but lobby staff give us warm . the hotel is new and international brand but still need more training and more professionals . thanks and have good luck !

來棗莊旅遊，在平台上選擇了棗莊温德姆至尊酒店。不愧是棗莊豪華酒店榜No.1，真的很好很滿意。1，地理位置好。前面有公園，後面是市展中心，體育館，景色優美。旁邊是恆太城，吃喝玩樂購非常方便。離高鐵站和鐵道游擊隊紀念園也較近。2. 酒店豪華大氣高大上，設施齊全優質。客房寬敞時尚，佈局現代雅緻。大床超大，床品柔軟舒適。3. 服務很好。首先為前台的帥哥美女點贊。我們因為五一假期高鐵票難買，衹能選擇清晨的高鐵所以9點不到就來了酒店，前台聽了原由給辦理了手續，提前讓我們入住，真的被暖心和感動到了。再次感謝和點贊！保潔員工作做的很到位，每天提供夜床服務。辛苦了。4．中餐廳環境好，服務好，菜品口味好。住店客人掛房賬可享九折優惠。早餐在58層天際餐廳，景觀極好。食品豐富美味，棗莊的特色美食：糊粥、全羊湯，雞肉糝湯等也可吃到。到棗莊非常推薦温德姆至尊酒店。

非常好！去看時光classic音樂節，到的比較晚房沒剩多少了，定了兩間想在同樓層，特別感謝Aileen Dai美女給我們申請了好久找到兩間挨着的！房間大性價比很高，湖景很美！健身房很新，該有的都有。山東人民太熱情了！有機會還會來！

棗莊演唱會預訂了酒店，位置很好，步行可達體育場，緊鄰商場吃飯購物方便，地下停車場和商場共用，check out時候掃碼免費停車。
大堂辦理入住速度比較慢（但送了小點心），有位戴眼鏡的大堂經理服務到位。
兩個小意見：
1.房間衞生有待加強，電源開關有水漬及指痕，塵土多有頭髮。桌面上酒店介紹紙張背面有之前客人留下的文字草稿。
2.早餐豐富，但9:00左右已經沒有餛飩了（10:30閉餐）。早餐沙拉烤南瓜等西式料理好評。
