酒店環境太差，走廊上一股臭味，房間更是差的離譜，床單都不更換上面破洞還有跟膠水一樣的污嘖像是情侶住過衞生：污漬，入住的時候前台説衞生間的紙巾是可以用的，結果衞生間連紙巾都沒有，用的紙巾都是自己帶的，要求更換床單的時候打掃衞生的阿姨還狡辯説是床單沒洗乾淨不承認自己之前沒換床單。
