Although the reception staff at Zao no Mori Club didn't understand much English, they were sincere and polite and it wasn't difficult to communicate with them. The hotel is located in the mountains with a very quiet and beautiful environment. However, after taking a bus from Sendai Station to Togatta Onsen Station, there were no taxis in the town because it was a small town and it was Saturday. Later, a Japanese man with a ram led the way. He led a group of 8 of us and pushed the luggage boxes across the mountain and walked for about 45 minutes to get to the hotel. If the hotel could rearrange a toll car to pick us up from Sendai Station, we would definitely be happy to visit again.

The hotel has no elevator. It is very inconvenient to get luggage up and down during the ski season. They say the elevator is under repair, but in fact they are just rebuilding it.
