Excellent service and location. Nearest to anywhere you want to go

Location is perfect- in the city center. SM Mindpro is just a few minutes walk. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. They even recommended a very good massage spa that is just a 5-minute walk. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city.

Location is very good cause its located at the city center, near to Malls and others commercial center.

I was not informed that the hotel is undergoing renovations, dusty…towels are very old

Hotel is located at the city proper. 2mins walk from SM Windpro. Room is neat and tidy. Good source of water because not all hotel in Zam have a good one. They accept early check in depends on room availability and your flexibility on bed configuration. Hotel buffet breakfast is served. Mostly no pork. Hotel staffs are hands on and very attentive on our request. They even ask how’s our stay before check out.

My mom had a good stay in the hotel. She said it was a nice place. Simple but clean. Near to many places.

Floor was sticky, likely mopped and dried the dirty water. Towels smelt like body odor. Walls were thin. They have the nerve to call in the morning and ask how your stay is. Good location, that's about it. Overpriced for what you get.

It's good now not just like I stayed August 9 to 10 the ac not working but this this they let us change to another room...service is good

Centrally located mid-range hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the rooms are completely OK. The breakfast is rather modest (they only cater to Asian tastes). Of the 2 elevators, only one was in operation. Breakfast is only available until 9:30 a.m. at the latest. Bathroom and beds are completely OK, wifi didn't work for 1 day (looking for the wrong provider is a tradition at EverO...you're cutting corners here). The better rooms face the street, but the noise was limited. The water refill stations on every floor are very practical and good, so you can refill as much as you need. There is a later checkout (after 12 p.m.) - but only for a fee. Part of the hotel is (still) being renovated, but it wasn't disruptive. I always enjoy coming back here.
