DISASTER!!!! I would not recommend staying here, it's too expensive for what you get. Don't stay here, it's a terrible hotel, starting from the -＞ Main Entrance where you can see all the rubbish in the containers and even worse the unbearable, disgusting smell coming from them you realise what kind of place it is.

Pretty bad stay at this hotel overall, the hotel was located almost in the middle of nowhere. Luckily we rented a car so we had the chance to actually go somewhere. First when we got there, it took about 45 minutes overtime to wait for our room to be cleaned. The hotel rooms are outdated, shower is very small. Awfully loud too, the door does not keep any noises out. Woke up many times when somebodys child was screaming and people were slamming their doors. The balcony smelled like a boiler room for some reason. The only good thing was the mini fridge and air conditioning. We only ate breakfast once at the hotel because it was not great, the juice tasted strange. The food at the hotel is not good, we had four meals in total and I could not take more than a few bites from my caesar salad. It was the worst salad i have ever tasted. Also had a horrible pasta, and my partner got raw fries. Also the restaurant staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The hotel does not have any information anywhere on when the breakfast starts or finishes, or any of the other schedules. We had to ask for a piece of paper with the times written on it.

The hotel has its own beach with seats and umbrellas and also pools for adults and children. The breakfast in the morning is always fresh and delicious, salty and sweet food, teas, juices, coffee, cereals. In the evening we had dinner every day at hotel’s restaurant and each time the food was freshly cooked and amazing, the portions very large and taste amazing! The hotel is clean, stuff is friendly and I felt amazing here during our holiday, I’m sorry I can’t stay longer. Really amazing stay here and the prices are very good!

The personnel is fantastic. We had a great stay, for us two nights were perfect. It is a soft and beautiful area. The hotel is clean, has great food and a nice pool area with a lot of pool toys. There is a mini market 200 m from the hotel. And if you take a walk on the beach - go to the right (much softer sand and better walk angel - not so steep). We did not try the service - massage etc

As for location (far away from "civilisation" we expected nothing. But... The hotel is very nice, clean, has a beautiful garden, large terrace, good pool, gorgeous views, good rooms, functional lift... The beach was ok (sunbeds for free), the sea was excellent (that colour!!!), the Kastrosikia beach was reachable in a few minutes (sunbeds for free). Yes, there could be some negatives, but... Although the breakfast was every day the same, although not everyone by the reception was able to speak english, although there was any "night life" and shops, social possibilities, although we got our room at almost 15.00 (at the place at 8.00)... We weren't hungry, everything was super clean and comfortable, everybody was willing to do everything for us, the lady at reception was our super best friend, the younger boy and the man at the restaurant / pool bar were super friendly and willing, the cleaning women were perfect and nice, etc. So at the end I can't say anything, but THANKS for a beautiful vacation ❤️ (also to the taxi driver Kostas and crew in Medousa beach restaurant). THANKS!!!! We really enjoyed our super days.

This place is absolutely brilliant , great atmosphere and lovely rooms , all staff are exceptional and very helpful and friendly making you feel at home and peace knowing you can trust them , the rooms are very clean and do a very good job around the hotel to make it presentable, the shows are brilliant and are very entertaining especially the fakir and fire show and I am impressed that they get the audience involved and interact and will have a good laugh with all customers, food is brilliant and easy access and tastes amazing

Perfect resort. A resort value for money by the sea. Lovely gardens, trees, a lot of space to enjoy. The staff is kind and helpful. Room was super clean and comfortable. I recommend 100% and I will come back for sure.

An oldie but very clean hotel with a fantastic beach in front of it. The swimming pool was a temptation but we did prefer the beach with the crystal blue water. Our room balcony had a fantastic sea and sunset view. Service-minded personnel with smiling faces every time we asked them for their assistance. Rigorous application of COVID-19 protection measures. They cleaned the room and changed towels every day. Although temperature was high every night, it was not necessary to use A/C we slept with open windows. We had a few days relaxing staying in Poseidon hotel which makes us to think to revisit it again next year.
