The hotel is very family friendly, located in the nature away from city / really nice nature and air quality… the rooms like the whole hotel are in happy colors …. It’s quiet space in the rooms and the view is to the woods / quiet and peaceful… the food is great / breakfast / lunch and dinner great choice of domestic varieties of food and the desert even better / thumbs up to the kitchen !!! there are lot of indoor pools with lots of options for children to play and have fun … lifeguards watching everywhere and take care In the evening the animation program / creative stuff for children is great Definitely a place to come and enjoy refill the batteries again ….

We had a really nice weekend at the Park Inn Hotel in Zalakaros, it's really one of the best hotels in Hungary 😊 Their cuisine is simply delicious, huge selection and the All inclusive is just the icing on the cake. The staff is very kind and helpful, we were there for the second time this year and we will be back for a week in August! Thank you very much! Best regards Zoli

Rooms were very spacious and clean, food was very good. This hotel is very kids frendly. Very good organisation for new year celebration. Every day was something new, for kids very fun. At spa you have salt room for kids where they can play, kids sauna,....

Modern rooms, good air-conditioning, excellent food with great variety. This hotel with the neighbouring water park is paradise for kids of all ages . We will definitely return 😀

Very loud hotel, the soundproofing of the hotel rooms is non-existent. The doors are slamming all the time and all the walls are shaking. There is also an unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the pools is average. The water in the pools is warm but the atmosphere is too cold. The food is very good and the selection is large. The staff is friendly, speaks several languages and communicates easily with foreigners. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, except for the pools, is okay. The stay at the Park Inn Hotel wasn't bad, but the noise and dirtiness of the pools is a big minus.
