Just got back from a weeks stay here. Reception were wonderful, Magda Kasia Justina and Joseph….. Breakfast was enough for me, lots of salad meats and bread. Pancakes and fruit were lovely. Room was great with balcony and leaving our food/drink worked outside because of the temperature. I think fridges would be needed for summer, maybe they can look into that. Pool and sauna were a nice touch. Location on the Main Street was great, Lidl 1 minute walk away. Only thing I didn’t like was being spoken down to by an arrogant skinny waiter. Let’s the hotel down.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Didn't get off to a good start. Lady with blonde hair checking us in was so rude that we were taken aback. Needs customer service training or a new job. But things improved after this. Other reception staff were lovely. I had hurt my back and asked one of the staff to ring a physio I had found online. I don't speak Polish. Lady had someone she suggested and he came to the hotel. He was brilliant and a greatly helped my back. Great recommendation from hotel receptionist. Rooms were quite big. Nothing flash, but spotless and for the money great value. Note no fridge in rooms. We were there in winter so just left our milk outside on the window sill. Breakfast was okay. Not alot of hot food. Took ages to get a omelette. A toaster would be a great addition for your international visitors who aren't use to just bread for breakfast. Location was just perfect. Right on K Street. I would definately stay here again if ever back in Zakapone.

Beautiful hotel in Zakopane with amazing location.All staff is superb especially Justyna,Kasia,Magda and Sabina from reception. They couldn't be more helpful. Rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds.Also restaurant and swimming pool are beautiful.We will be definitely back one day.

Hotel is a beautiful historic building, decor is charming. Room and bed were good, however TV came on mysteriously in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row waking us up! Shower is diabolical - not only did the door come off it’s tracks every time we touched it but the shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in the hook so you had to hold it in your hand the entire time. Water took a very long time to heat up. Location excellent , we liked that the window could be opened and didn’t mind the street noise. Rooms were clean and presentable. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Loved the restaurant - food was excellent and service great - sadly it was only open for 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. Used the pool and sauna - very nice, however the attendant wasn’t overly helpful.

Very good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent housekeeping. the hotel is clean. The location is convenient, the central street. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious food.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. I have lots of Polish friends and would recommend this hotel to whoever goes to Zakopane. The location is perfect, we were in rooms 404-405 with a gorgeous terrace overlooking Krupowki St. The breakfast included in our reservation was beyond delicious. The front desk ladies were so helpful in every way. Even the parking lot attendant was great. Love this Hotel Sabala, would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is located on the Main Street and only 5 minutes away from auto bus station, which is perfect for travellers carrying luggage. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They checked the camera of Tatar mountain and Morskie lake daily which helped us to decide when to go up. It also provides warm swimming pool and sauna. It’s an excellent place to stay even though you cannot go out in heavy snow. That’s exactly what happened during our visit there.
