Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread. Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm up food. We had left overs from restauran.

Great vacation I recommend! Clean rooms unfortunately without air conditioning, tasty breakfasts, possibility of buying tasty dinners, very nice staff. Very good base for mountain walks, access to SPA and swimming pools is a great thing after mountain hikes.

The studio was perfect for our family. Wonderful service. The studio after renovation with a coffee machine. It's nice to relax in such an interior. Direct access to the thermal baths is amazing. Discounts to other attractions of the thermal baths.

Great location (close to the city center, bus and train station), tasty breakfasts (something good for everybody), direct access to Termy Zakopaianskie, a very pleasant and helpful staff. Some rooms need redecoration, but it is included in price.

Excellent hotel!! The room was huge and clean (we stayed in the building in the back), staff was always willing to help and several times they did beyond their role (like giving their own tea sachet when we asked if there was any 😁). The access to the Aqua Park was THE best thing. I also got a massage which was amazing and I noticed that they made an effort to fit me in because I was hosted in the hotel. The only down side I would say is they the curtains was too small for the size of the window and not at all dark, so the light got in as soon as the sun was up..

The new connection for guests between main building and terms is excellent idea. Terms now offer more then aquapark before. After Tatra's trekking you can wet your tired body and be ready to go next day. Wide choise on the breakfast table.

Breakfast and dinner delicious. Very nice staff.(All)Unlimited free entry to the Baths of Zakopane. Parking available.The complex consists of two buildings. Get plenty of space. Elevator. Large dining room.

Well , the hotel has 2 buildings, the main one and the secondary 50m aside. Both are of quite socialist type, my single room was obviously frm 1970th, though clean and well maintained. The smell of old furniture was strong. Breakfast was basic, very basic for a big hotel. Position is very good, walking in the town straight out of the hotel across the park. You have access to acquapark prepaid, considering the room was cheap, acquapark was a very very good add-on. If you do not like water activities and acquapark and termal waters, choose another hotel, this is not worth it for you. Ski facility in Zakopane on Tatra slope is a couple of km away, I took the car.
