Beautiful property , Staff very helpful and nice in reception and kitchen. Great location , fantastic food Breakfast always fresh and coffee is the best in town.Owner of the property supportive, pleasant caring for the guests. For few złote you can get sandwiches to go !!! Impressive. Definitely coming back . Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your Zakopiański Dwòr !

Receptionist on the 21st was very helpful and pleasant as was the one on the 23rd when we were checking out. We were a little disappointed with the limited hours of the restaurant as we would have liked to have had an evening meal there.

I want to say huge thank you for the hospitality, especially to Amazing staff of reception Miss Kasia and Miss Izabella for all the help and keeping myself Company.Big thank you to the personnel of the kitchen and to Miss Agnieszka for very good and tasty breakfast. I also had have opportunity get a full body massage:) what was so enjoyable. Thank you to Miss Agnieszka for that .Boss of the hotel Mr Jack is doing great 👍 Job 👏

Very helpful with my stay and visit the local attraction sites😊😊. The building and interrior design are traditional and classical. Will return.
Thank you for your help when i almost missed my bus to Krakow. I made it to the bus station one minute early.

Exceptionally kind, helpful and friedly staff. Very good location, near to the National Park, and to the main walking Street. The rooms were very clean, but there wasn't any cleaning. The beds were too soft.

Very impressed with this hotel.First class service,lovely breakfast,very nice and helpful receptionists,perfectly placed for hiking in the region on Zakopane.
