Nice location, clean room, hotel has a swimming pool and sauna. Receptionists are really friendly. You can leave your luggage after checkout for free.

We have just returned from hotel.
Pros - good location just off Main Street, good swimming pool, spa, sauna area, good size rooms
Cons - no welcome drink as suggested by ******* as included, walls thin and can hear guests next door , house keeping infrequent and when it does happen towels are not changed, sofa bed uncomfortable

Overall the location of the hotel is perfect if you like to spend a night or two in order to explore the town and surrounding areas.

Very nice accomodations. Close to the main shopping and dining area. It was easy to get to Tatra National Park.

The positives about the hotel were that it was so close to the main street Krupówki, the price was quite ok and that the staff at the reception were nice and accommodating. However, it was heard from the room next door (we asked for a quieter room but could still hear the TV and snoring) and the room was reasonably worn, and had an uncomfortable bed and pillows. But all in all, we are satisfied after a few nights' stay, we also had a nice view of the mountains!
