Because of the war, my flight was cancelled at the last minute. I didn't have time to cancel the hotel. I contacted both the hotel and the agency in the morning. They refused to cancel the payment. They charged me the full cost of the room for two nights, although they knew I wouldn't be able to check in. And they didn't even respond to my letter. This is not humane. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We had high hopes for this place as it looked magical when we pulled up outside. Not a very warm welcome at Reception. We booked with dinner included in our stay but Reception had no record of that and were quite aggressive in asserting we would have to pay. Then they changed their approach and said the Restaurant was shut. It wasn’t as we found it and ate there.. The food was actually very good throughout our stay and this was the only real positive of the hotel. The hotel itself has seen better days. It’s a proper blast from the past and charming in a way, like hotels used to be. It’s very noisy though. Walls are paper thin and the hotel was overrun with dogs that barked day and night. The location of the hotel is not great. It took us 25 minutes to walk to the Main Street not 10 minutes as advertised. Loved Zakopane but next time will stay nearer the centre.

I had a very nice massage. Daniel was excellent. He deserves a 5 rating. The actually spa environment was very disappointing. There is minimal to no privacy or area to relax before or after your massage service. The floor was sopping wet in every area. One WC with no toilet paper at all! The environment deserves more like a rating of 1-2. Felt very cobbled together. No one to help you navigate. Confusing. No robes or slippers. Would not recommend. Would recommend my massager Daniel very highly.

A good hotel with lots of services: games, swimming pool, massage, spa etc. But be carefull booking this hotel like I did. In many cases I book hotels directly on the hotel site. So I opened the site hotelbelvedere pl/guestreservations which was shown first right after popular booking i termediate sites. I chose a room and paid by creditcard . It was only then that I saw they scammed me for € 150 "tax recovery and service fee" which was nowhere mentioned during the booking process. No use complaining because they keep themselves unreachable. Trying to cancel the booking gives a warning you loose sll of the hotel booking price. This said, the hotel is fine but huge which results in a noisy breakfast hall. The retaurant looks as a sort of ski hut We appreciated far more restaurant la Prima (part of a luxurious resort) nearby. The hotel is a bit out of date e.g it lacks more sockets nowadays ecessary to upload your phones, laptops etc.

Terrible double room We ordered dbl standard room and they gave us room with narrow dbl bed Attached to the wall and can climb only from one side. Blanket too small for 2 people. We comlained at the morning after couldnot dleep all night No air condition Not suitable for 4 star hotel

This is our second stay at the Hotel Belvedere and to be honest it did not disappoint us in any way. A fast and very efficient check in process that took less than 10 minutes, friendly and professional staff to greet us and most of all a very welcoming reception area. The family room was large, clean, and offered us a decent size balcony overlooking some trees and a pathway. Large windows fitted with net curtains afforded more privacy. Tea and coffee making facilities were readily available as was a fridge. Good Wi-Fi was also available. My main comment is the excellent food selection at our chosen level of half-board. Typical Polish fayre, European dishes and a plethora of desserts to satisfy any requirement. Special selections for children were available and proved to be a hit with my son! The jacuzzi and waterslide are very popular. A large swimming pool was clean and very warm. Underground car parking is available, and vehicles were well sheltered and warm. Parking staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is situated some 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Zakopane. Very direct and only three pedestrian crossings to traverse. In summary, an exceptionally good hotel for both winter and summer breaks that offers high quality and friendly staff. We will be choosing this hotel again during the winter season.

Great hotel, fantastic rooms, service and facilities, especially for families with kids. Great location too, a few steps from the Bialy Potok Trail, which in 15 minutes takes you to the Tatrzanski Park Edukacyjny (local zoo) and Wielka Krokiew area. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning soon.

Nice hotel with good location, only 15 minutes of walk form Main street Krupówki. Nice Spa and wellness. It couls be waemer water in the pools. Indoor playground for Kids is fine, but not excellent. Animations and kids cinema only in Polish. Very good food, a lot of varietes during breakfast, nice dinners. You need to pay extra fee for parking in hotel's garage.
