The hotel is located in the town square of Zakynthos. Standing on the balcony overlooking the town square, the hotel facilities are relatively old. The next morning after check-in, the water was cut off due to a breakdown, and the service was good.

The impression on the first day was very good. On the second day, I stayed in a room with a balcony and a view of the sea. It was very convenient but a bit noisy. The bathroom was a bit bigger, with more complete toiletries and a bathtub. The first room is not two rooms! The man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and happy. He gave us an extra breakfast. The breakfast was served in a timely manner but not so exquisite. The location is so convenient, there are restaurants everywhere, and it’s very convenient to take a boat🚗

The hotel is a four-star hotel with a good location, only 10 minutes away from the city center. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is rich, the reception is warm and thoughtful, and the service is in place. It is a recommended place to stay for tourists to Zadao.

It’s a great hotel with a great environment and a beautiful swimming pool. The owner’s two little daughters had a great time playing with my little cotton-padded jacket. They slept in the hotel until they woke up naturally, had breakfast, drank coffee, and leisurely strolled and walked around the hotel. You can see the sea in 5 minutes and have a wide view. We flew back to Athens in the evening, and the child wanted to stay in the hotel to swim and play with new friends, so we negotiated with the hotel to check out in the evening and pay part of the room fee. The day was very relaxing, and the child was very satisfied with this arrangement [laughing R]

I can’t put into words how incredible this place is, you won’t regret visiting Castelli. This is a family run business that will take care of your every need during your stay - The staff really care about you and will always go above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy every minute of your holiday. As soon as you arrive you’re greeted at the door with a massive smile and welcome drinks. The food is excellent and there is always a variety each day to try something new. The hotel is in a perfect place as it’s a short walk from Laganas beach and you can even walk to Kalamaki from the hotel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, we had the Junior Suite Swim Up Room, it had everything you could desire. Waking up and opening your room door to your own pool and sunbeds is going to be difficult to forget! The entertainment at night was absolutely brilliant, we were treated to performances from Greek Dancers, Saxophone players, Bingo nights and so much more! This place has truly excelled our expectations of any hotel and we honestly believe you won’t receive the level of service that is offered here at any hotel. A special shoutout to Eleni who made our stay extra special and truly is exceptional at her job; alongside Jordan, Despina, Dina and the rest of the staff who make this hotel truly special. We will most definitely be returning and would recommend this to anyone who would like a personal touch to their holiday, whilst being in a cosy, exeptionally well-run family hotel. A new hotel in town of Zakynthos in front of the sea and a few seconds from the centre of town ( by foot). Excellent rooms ,exciting perfum and smells everywhere,all over the hotel!!!!! Moreover a very clean accomodation with minimal and beautiful decoration. The breakfast was delicious and the best coffe that i;ve ever had in hotel. The staff was gently and i would really like to stay there again and again.

Just had an amazing 11 night's at zante atlantis Hotel gorgeous place staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble for them they have loads of choice for breakfast which comes with your booking so no need to go out looking for food in the morning the hotel is situated in a quiet part of laganas but close enough if you want to go to the lively part aswell the owners are amazing we have been going for 7 years now and they took us out to a gorgeous Greek restaurant for the night it was amazing definitely recommend this hotel
