The front desk manager of this hotel and a female staff member who is about 50 years old are the most rude and worst staff I have ever seen. This is the worst hotel front desk I have ever seen. I was even angry that they both had racial discrimination against Chinese people. Originally, we planned to arrive at the hotel at 7 pm. Because we missed the boat ticket due to work, we had to take the night boat to the hotel. It was almost 12 o'clock in the morning when we arrived at the hotel with the elderly and four children. We were very tired. When we paid the fare, the rude staff kept interrupting us to count the cash to the charter driver and asked us to show them our passports to check in immediately. When checking in, we were asked to tell them the corresponding names of the people staying in each room. I called in advance to inform them that the number of people staying in our room would exceed the number of people in the room. After they rejected our number and were unwilling to check out for us, I booked an extra room on the first night to meet the hotel's requirements. Their operation that night made me very angry. She didn't give me the room card. She took us to the room like interrogating a prisoner and asked me why the children were running around and not assigned rooms like when they put their passports. Children are fickle. As a parent-child hotel staff, they don't even understand the habits of children. Moreover, she did not help us push our luggage, but just took us to the room with a disdainful expression. We pushed five 28-inch suitcases to the room with our children in our arms late at night. The two even threatened us that they would not service our room. Haha. These two impolite people may still think that white people are supreme. Other staff members would smile and patiently help us make the bed. We did stay with a few more children, but as a staff member, they should have informed us of the solution in advance. They did not agree to let us book a room again instead of rolling their eyes and being irritated. When we checked out, the two staff members asked us to pay another 340 euros. First, we booked a late check-out. She agreed, and the female manager said that the fee was 100 euros to delay until 3 o'clock. Another staff member said that the fee was 70 euros and we could stay until 6 o'clock. Language errors may lead to communication errors. But they are also inexperienced staff, and it can be clearly written on a note. We ran two times but did not figure out how long we could stay for a late check-out and how much it would cost. Second, the female manager said that we had to pay an extra 40 euros for each room for one more child. I asked her to show me the hotel's price list. She said no, the manager said that the fee was what it was. In China, I would call 12315 to complain immediately. The female manager hid after she finished speaking. If there is a charge, you can inform me in advance. I also called in advance to inform that I would stay with more people, and the hotel did not mention that they could settle the matter through charges. The two female staff members were very arrogant and rude, and kept interrupting us when we asked questions. The other front desk lady with black hair and big eyes was more polite, and the other staff members were also very friendly and enthusiastic. Also, the rooms I booked were all 40 square meters, but one was obviously less than 40 square meters. I asked the staff member who led the way, but she couldn't explain it. In short, if these two front desk staff are still in this hotel, I suggest not to book this hotel. It's very frustrating.

Safety hazards in the room. The springs of the child's crib are quite sharp and almost stabbed the child's back. A quilt was placed on top. The horizontal bar under the wash basin in the bathroom is sharp and scratched the thigh.

This room type doesn't have a view of the swimming pool, but it's ok. The hotel's breakfast is very good and there are always many choices.

The hotel is quite romantic. It is very nice to take a vacation. The room facilities are complete but not high-end. It is optional for short-term vacation in Zadao

Overall facilities are good. However, the tourism consulting services provided by the hotel are lacking: I stayed for 4 days and the weather was bad, rainy and windy, and the boats out of the hotel were suspended. The hotel only provided their own services. When asked if there were restaurants or other nearby, they didn't know/or didn't tell. I can only stay in Shadian for 4 days. Actually, it’s not the case. On the last day, there were many restaurants and travel-related sea tours, including horse ride, car tour, jet tour, etc., just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It was very lively.

The location is superior, the room is large and comfortable, very close to the beach, and the service attitude of the hotel is good. There are various swimming rings prepared in the swimming pool, and the experience is very good.
