The food was not bad but what I didn't like was that they asked me for the cost of the safe (if we want to call it that because it is made with the key) of €15 in cash and they don't accept payment by card! Absurd

We are pretty happy with all the attention to detail they were able to provide, Majestic clearly understands that the little details matter. Rooms were so clean with a great view in front of the pool! Staff were so friendly and polite at the same time! These subtle touches greatly enhanced the comfort of our stay.

The spa was brilliant we paid only €40 for the mud cray body wrap, which was excellent top notch service.Pizza and ice cream was unlimited all you can eat all day long!

We were looking for a quiet place to relax but also with a little buzz – and Majestic nailed it. Our room had perfect sound insulation, so we could nap mid-day while the pool area was lively. Drinks flowed all day, food was fresh, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything because we had an all inclusive hotel. That’s a win.

I had a watch in their property in the room and I noticed that it went missing. They said apparently it’s meant to be put in a safe. Yeah it is but they are the only ones who had access to the rooms from the cleaners. I left my watch in the bedside table. Hugo boss silver and blue dial. They said they found an item near the pool and I never went in that day. I noticed it was missing from the evening just before I went back to Home. Now it’s a bit of a coincidence that it happened on the day I went before I went. I spoke to them the night before. They said they couldn’t do anything but give me an email. Then when I spoke or confronted them about them taking it they got defensive and said you go you’re welcome here. But was very quick for taking money from me. And we had other watches as a collective. Four people and other watches in the room and none of those were taking and even phone and they were all in the same position. So if that ain’t suspicious then I don’t know what is.

We’ve stayed in Zante before, but Majestic really raised the bar. Everything from the spotless rooms to the endless food options was top-notch. The spa was amazing and worth every euro – I had the best massage of my life. Also, how often do you see a tattoo studio inside a hotel? Wild.

The hotel was really lovely and all the staff were kind all the facilities that I used were clean and well equipped, with extras like spa treatments at a good price
