Had to pay extra for air conditioning and WiFi,staff were rude when asked for more towels(we had the same 2 towels for 7 days- cleaners didt empty bins for the length of our stay,one of the beds didt have a sheet,balcony furniture was broken and dangerous the shower was so close to the bathroom and would flood after each use wouldn’t recommend at all avoid at all costs

Disgusting treatment of a lady travelling on her own Zoe. Because she dared tell you her bed is dirty!! The mattress and sheets! And you clenched your fist and drew back your arm to her. What a disgrace! Threatening to chuck her out? And her items in the pool.

WELL NEED TO WRITE MORE YOU HAVE TO PAY £70 FOR AIRCON THAT BEARLY WORKS. THE CLEANERS WILL ROB YOU WITH NO CARES STAY AWAY

We arrived at the hotel and straight away had to pay room tax, which you’d think is a normal process, however, they would only accept cash and would not give a receipt. When speaking to other hotel guests, it seems like they’re charging people different amounts per night. We then got taken to our room and it was in an awful state. The toilet seat was broken, dirty bed sheets, toe/finger nails on the floor, the sink and cupboards had dirt all over, the shower didn’t have a shower curtain or shower head holder and we had no hot water. We went out on the balcony and my partner sat down on a chair, which just completely collapsed. A member of staff came to our room to ask if we needed anything and I showed her the dirt and damages and her response was “oh” and then she left. The pictures on love holidays are not as advertised at all. It shows that the hotel has water slides, when in fact the slides are all fallen apart and fenced off. This is a 3 star hotel so I’m not expecting the Ritz but there is no excuse for the cleanliness. I made a complaint to the hotel and their customer service was a joke. They would not take any responsibility for any of this, even with picture proof. All they were concerned about is that we “broke a chair and didn’t pay for it”. They stated that we are just complaining to make some money. The only good thing about this hotel was the all inclusive bar. There was no buffet as they advertised, however, they did make all our food fresh whenever we asked for something to eat. The staff there were brilliant but they’re not actually part of the hotel apparently. Would never return here and do not recommend to anyone.

Perfect for lads holiday,Saw this for £300 for hotel + flights so couldn’t say no. Was sceptical after reading reviews but was a good clean hotel, with a good pool and a good vibe. The ***** was about a 15-20min walk but was far enough you couldn’t hear anything at night. You had to pay for aircon but was ice cold and was a fair price.

Worst hotel. Terrible customer service, rude and argumentative staff. Had to pay extra for WiFi (per person) and air conditioning, which is not made aware of. Cleaning staff are awful. Unlocking and walking into the room when all was sleeping. Also repeatedly knocking until someone answered. Unsafe beds covered in mould (especially top bunk, ours didn’t’ have any steps in the ladder and no railing to stop people falling off). We had lots of stuff go “missing” including bags and jewellery. When asked reception about “missing” items they replied saying it was our fault for leaving it in the room. No places so keep safe items.
