This hotel was perfect for our holiday in Zakynthos: - close to the beach, 3 minutes walking that is a big advantage - rooms cleaned every day - a diverse breakfast, tasty - clean pool, sunbeds and towels provided - the staff is amazing, locals that can introduce and explain where to go and what are the highlights of the island, Rafael 👏👏 - private parking - close to ATV, moto or boar renting - close to the main street for evening walk and restaurants On short the best choice in Laganas and in island in general.

Booking was lost despite email confirmation provided by manger. This happened at 2:30am in the morning. We repaid for a room out of desperation at an elevated price (138% of lost booking cost) and woke up with bites on our bodies. Manager was rude and unprofessional. WARNING do not book here!!!

Thank you cactus for saving me from the hell hole hotel I was in ( I moved from a bad hotel ) I'm a returning customer and just love this hotel. It's a slice of peace and paradise in the middle of the party Double glazed rooms means no noise ! Really nice newly decorated rooms with everything u need Thank u guys for everything

The pictures of the rooms are not accurate, the bathroom was tiny, the shower itself only fits a small child, the noise coming from the newly licensed club to the rear of the property is so loud it literally sounds like your IN the club & does not stop until 3-4am each morning. As a whole it is the most substandard accommodation I have ever stayed in, worse than a hostel. We booked 2 rooms for 7 nights & left immediately upon check in. The hotel kept our deposits but refunded the balance & we found rooms in Tsilivi in a 4 star hotel for the same price. Would never recommend this place.

A little Gem within the craziness that laganas is. The staff are all so kind and helpful we had the best stay ever. If anything our room could do with some refurbishing. However i would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Cactus hotel for making our holiday so special.

3years ago, but the team and owner on this hotel are awesome. I loved being here every day. I travelled with a friend w/o partying. There is no need for that when you can travel on the island during the day. Perfect hotel and crew!

This hotel is the best in Lagana. The staff are amazing. You will be treated like royalty. Amazing breakfast. This is a must place to stay. It’s close to the beech. 3 minutes walk. 3 minutes walk to the main *****

Lovely little family run hotel set back from the main *****, staff couldn’t do enough for you 10/10 for there service, breakfast was lovely and freshly made. sun beds were amazing so comfortable Rooms were a decent size with nice comfortable beds shower cubicle was a bit on the small size but we managed Only down side was it was next to a very busy road so lots of noise when sunbathing Also if you don’t like being around 18-20 year old then this is not the place for you Beach was a 5 minute walk with lots of restaurants to choose from Overall I would give it a 8/10

Stayed for 14 days in mid August. A really great gem of a hotel, comfortable, room with all that you need really and within good walking distance of the fantastic laganas beach and ***** with all the bars. Hardly heard any noise from the ***** and it is distance enough away for peace and quiet. Breakfast very good, good selection of continental and greek choices and certainly did its job everyday. Pool area nice as well with a relaxed feel and bar snacks very reasonable too. A big thanks to manager Dennis and staff throughout. Always helpful,made the stay a real pleasant one. The bar does great happy hour drinks 8pm til 10 everyday which was great too. Dennis gave some great tips on where to go and what to do and on our last night, recommended a great Greek restaurant with live music, which was fantastic food, very reasonably priced and great entertainment all round. This hotel caters nicely for couples, families and groups. Thanks again Dennis and all at Cactus for a great stay. Will definitely be back again.
