親子游泳池沒開 也不知道為什麼 。泳池水有點深 最深1.69 幸好我們小朋友會游泳，不然可能會有點擔心。酒店也會有泳池的各類玩具供遊玩，不用出去買了，這很不錯。酒店靠近機場，會有聲音。另外，酒店洗澡水是鹹的。 忘記説了，總體是滿意的

My daughter came to this little gem of a hotel last year, and loved it so much we all decided to come this year together as a family. I fell in love with this hotel. It’s beautiful. Location is perfect as it’s two minutes to the lovely beach and ten to the main ***** which I also fell in love with. The food the friendliness of all the restaurants was something I had never experienced on holiday before. Our room was lovely we were 314 on the first floor. Our maid was amazing ( all the staff our) I had some problems with my air con ( my fault as I kept pushing wrong buttons on the control) and both times a maintenance man was sent to fix straight away. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had on holiday. The hotel itself is stunning, good choice of pools, a snack bar / restaurant that runs all day. We used the little shop over the road which stock everything. We are out every night, we would start by having a drink at the bar on the hotel, where the barman was friendly and felt like our friend. We would also finish our night there with a drink. I loved the planes!! Noise is not an issue you get used to it after the second one, plus they don’t fly early or at night. We had s day out at the water park ( that was great) all staff amazing from the great reception team to the maids, honestly the best! I have been home a month now and I still think about this hotel now. I cannot wait to come back and like my daughter brought us this time I now will bring my mum etc with us. See you again soon!l

Such a pleasant stay. Away from the masses, so close to the beach is this laidback hotel with amazing staff. The food is excellent, the buffet has many options and differs every night. The a la carte food at the restaurant next to the pool is freshly made and delicious. The staff works extra hard (from 13-14 hours a day) to help you in every way. The cleaning is spot on, in regards to the roomcleaning aswell as the poolcleaning every day. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is close to the main street of Kalamaki but it is way more crowded in the streets. This hotel has it all, easy access to the nearby turtle beach aswell as close enough to undertake everything you want. We will definitely come back. Our son had a blast and so did we.

Improper accommodation conditions, room full of mold and rust!!! Regrettably, this hotel is selling its services as a 4 * accommodation, but you might be the unfortunate guest to receive a very outdated room in totally unacceptable state - me and my family, including a baby and a small kid, were provided for the first 3,5 days of our vacation with room 417, building 4, from 4/07 to 7/07 2024 full of mold smell, degraded & bad smelling furniture and everything rusted in the bathroom (some features not even working properly - we were almost unable to turn on the water in the sink or to push the button for washing the toilet, rainfall shower was so rusty that, when turned on, we could smell the rust on our skin, the space under the bathroom sink looked in a way I can’t describe - please have a look at the attached pictures. After an official complaint, in the afternoon of the 4th day, we have been finally offered a renovated family room, for which I had to insist as hotel’s initial answer was that there is no other family room available (somehow it became available in the end ?!!!). I could never imagine I can find such low accommodation standards in a 4* hotel actually paying the money for a 4* room! On a pozitive note, restaurant/bar staff are great.

Response from Property: It has been very disappointing to read your comments regarding your first 3 days stay with us and although an apology is not going to change the outcome of your experience on this occasion, we do offer it with complete sincerity. However, please allow us to offer you some clarifications on your points mentioned. On the 27th June, the day of your arrival, housekeeping & maintenance check report stated that room 417 was in excellent condition and was ready to welcome you and your family that evening. We know that you had your expectations set on being accommodated in the room you had last year, and unfortunately that was not possible this time around as that room was already occupied by other guests who had arrived days before you. The first we became aware about your dissatisfaction with your room was by email that you sent on the 30th of June which was on your 3rd day of your stay here, after reading your email I contacted you by telephone and you told me to speak with your husband. Your husband came to reception and I showed him and your son a suite and a family studio which you chose because it had a kitchenette, and the truth is that you did NOT have to "insist" because I offered you and your family to move to another room immediately after I read your email. In the afternoon of 30th June our staff helped you and your family move to your new room where you stayed until your departure on 4th of July. On a positive note, we thank you for bringing to our attention some of the imperfections of room 417 that we, as management had overlooked. The evening of the 30th of June, at our dinner restaurant, I asked your husband if you are all happy with your new room, and he said yes all is perfect.

We are into our last 3 days here and it’s been amazing we cannot fault this hotel at all. The staff cannot do enough for you very polite and welcoming, no fights for sun beds, perfect location, food lovely. I cannot praise this hotel enough. So relaxing pool is quiet in the afternoon but there is an adult and baby pool. Brilliant air con. Really can’t rate this hotel enough

We stayed at the Marelen Hotel for the last week of June 2024. A superb and relaxing week with great friendly staff. Every member of staff we encountered were super helpful and went that little extra to ensure our needs were met. The half board option was superb with great selection of food for every taste. All well presented and delicious. We even stayed at the hotel for lunch from the pool bar most days where the choice was plentiful and tasty. The exchange rate at this time was €1 = £0.85p so a good rate making it a very affordable place. We had a double room with a very large and comfortable bed. Great air conditioning that was needed!!!! A small kitchen area with kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer and electric hob. We only used the kettle for making Coffee. Pool towels were available from the poolside bar where you keep them for two days to then exchange for a further 2 days. There are other pools and areas to keep children and teenagers occupied including table tennis, air hockey as well as a basketball court etc. We stayed at the hotel with sons, daughters in law and grand children and would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday where nothing was too much trouble for all staff. The room cleaning staff deserve a special mention, as they were brilliant. First time for us in Greece, but we would come back here again. Just 2 km from the airport.

Amazing Hotel & Staff. We normally book self catering due to my fiancé being a fussy eater, we decided to go B&B and he managed to find more things than my self, best buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. Quality and value of the pool bar was also really good. Adults only pool was so peaceful & quiet. The eden bar was lovely to enjoy a cocktail before going back to our room in the evening. Hotel is also a short walk from shops, beach & restaurants, perfect location: Would 100% stay here again.

Best hotel from the check in to the lovely guy that showed us & carried suitcase for us the waiters don’t stop clearing plates/ tables which means no insects ect. Housekeeping / chefs must also get a mention for their amazing work 10/10. We were half board & only ate out once as there was such a lovely variety every day. Our room over looked the adult pool which we absolutely loved. Occasionally we had lunch poolside or you can have a takeaway to eat on the balcony I kept bottle of wine in our fridge. Location was perfect we enjoyed walking along the beach to Laganas looking for loggerhead turtles in the sea.

This is the 3rd time to this hotel the last being 2016. All rooms have been updated along with public areas to a high standard. Stayed on a B&B basis what can i say the breakfast was fantastic never seen so much selection outstanding. Had the evening buffet a couple of times again outstanding, But what makes this hotel are the hardworking staff in all areas a credit to the hotel always had a smile. And to Theresa who remembered us. Thank you Marelen hope to see you next year

Just returned from a weeks stay. Absolutely fantastic hotel. All staff are so friendly. Everywhere is spotless. We stayed hb basis, breakfast was really good, espically the omelettes. Evening meals had theme nights with plenty of choices and really good quality. Would definitely return and would recommend to family & friends. Location was fab, short walk to a beautiful beach, with bars and restraunts a 10min stroll.

leaving my review far too late... thought I had pressed post and I had not, we visited marelen not this summer but summer of 23, it was amazing honestly do not hesitate, we are planning our return for next year after a turbulent year this year it hasn't been possible to come back this time as expected The marelen and surrounding areas are to die for, the food is brilliant and we're a family not so much really fussy but dietary requirements are needed as mum is diabetic and my daughter is sensory with food she's also autistic so the fact she felt so at ease here she cried when we left is really something The staff make this place a true gem stone so helpful and friendly nothing was ever too much trouble, the eden bar was a true vibe we loved it there Ignore any bad reviews cause this place is worth it's weight in gold we stayed in 412 and 419...we are hoping for ground floor next year due to accessibility but we only had one flight of steps so it's not a big deal, The kids splash was awesome even I joined in, the adult pool always clean and so refreshing, the rooms absolutely immaculate and beds really comfortable we cannot wait to come back for a total mind and body reset

From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, and that continued throughout the stay. The photos on tripadvisor are pretty much what we experienced. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well kept. There was plenty of choice of food, both at breakfast and evening, with the added bonus of free juices and coffees at breakfast. The food was a good standard for what we paid. Pool-side snack bar for lunches had a really good menu and quality of food was better. A highlight was the Eden cocktail bar in the evenings, which had a lovely finish and vibe. Even after walking up and down the main *****, this place still stood out and lured us back each night - and the price were very reasonable. We never felt a reason to need to leave the hotel. We visited at the start of September - the main pool had plenty of beds and never seemed overcrowded. But a bonus for us was the adult-only pool. Calm and tranquil, and again never a shortage of beds to choose from. Overall a great four-night stay and we would look to return for a similar break in the future. A huge thanks to the hotel and staff for making it so enjoyable and relaxing.
