This is a wonderful hotel. It has the best location in zakynthos town. I received a room with a balcony overlooking the port, and it was amazing! The staff is also incredible—thank you Natasha for your wonderful concierge service! The breakfast is beyond delicious, and the rooftop bar has unforgettable views of the town. I have seen some reviews mentioning the rooms needing renovation; I felt very comfortable and please keep in mind this is an island in greece, not Manhattan. It’s a top pick for Zante town.

Two star hotel. It has a very poor breakfast and a small elevator (where only two people can fit at a time). The staff is disappointing, not very friendly. We ordered a pizza delivery and, instead of the receptionist calling the room to inform, he allowed the motoboy to go up to our room to make the delivery (I've never seen that in my life). Also, there’s no parking. The bathroom in the room is extremely small, with brackish water. Amenities were never replenished. The air conditioning didn't have enough power to cool the room, and the safe didn't work either. We were relieved to leave.

The appearance of the hotel is good, the service attitude is poor, give me a room that is too small for my suitcase to be flat. I went to the front desk and asked for a room change. I also gave me a room with eight air-conditioning hosts outside the balcony. The noise is very big, I gave it to Ctrip, indicating that I will change the room for me. I went to the front desk to borrow needles, or the woman said no, and another woman gave me a box of needles. The old woman at the front desk had a bad attitude. It is recommended to prepare a careful consideration for this hotel. The bed in the room is placed against the wall, which is inconvenient. The bedside table is a magazine-sized wooden board nailed to the wall. This is the worst value for money hotel during the 20-day trip. More than 900 can have other Better choice

Don't take part in a day trip to the hotel. It's a very boring sixty euros for a person, a child for 40, a strong hotel for 65 euros a day, a car rental is only forty or fifty euros driving, is the most correct choice, I do Airport bus to the bus station, walk to the hotel 1.8 Euro. Blue hole plus Shipwreck Bay 20 Euro per person, children free. It is worth going to go to Greece, Zhaji is a must, it is beautiful. Ctrip is a very responsible booking network, the price is the cheapest, no matter what other international reservations are booked.

Overall facilities are good. However, the tourism consulting services provided by the hotel are lacking: I stayed for 4 days and the weather was bad, rainy and windy, and the boats out of the hotel were suspended. The hotel only provided their own services. When asked if there were restaurants or other nearby, they didn't know/or didn't tell. I can only stay in Shadian for 4 days. Actually, it’s not the case. On the last day, there were many restaurants and travel-related sea tours, including horse ride, car tour, jet tour, etc., just 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It was very lively.

The property itself is so beautiful, the location is stunning, it has a very welcoming feeling due to it not beinh a big hotel. Breakfast is yummy, and the hospitality is just wonderful. The staff feels like a family and the vibe allover is just incredible. The owner even arranged a car hire for us, the agency brought the car to the property, we didn't need to do much ourselves, it was a perfect vacation and i would highly recommend staying here. What i also liked very much was the fact that at the time of our stay there were no families with small children (it felt super relaxing) so the pool was always available, also enough sunbeds for everyone and there were floaties and balls in the pool so we could also play and chill if we wanted to. But otherwise the place seems also great for families. The staff made sure we had a great time :)

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. It’s like a little oasis! Our (very spacious) room was tucked away above the spa, where it was very quiet. They kindly gave us a free room upgrade, so we had a huge in-room hot tub which was a nice surprise! And the balcony was the perfect spot for watching the sunset. The pool area was lovely, with comfy loungers/beanbags and lots of greenery. And the QR codes make it easy to order drinks or snacks straight to your sun lounger. The spa was also great, and you can book the pool/sauna for just the two of you, which is a nice touch. We booked half-board and the food was excellent. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice, and you can also order a dish from the menu at no extra cost. I was very impressed by the evening buffet. I find that buffet dinners can be hit-and-miss, but everything was delicious, especially the Greek dishes. There was also live music by the bar on a couple of nights, which added a really nice atmosphere. Special shout-out to the evening bartender who made the most fantastic cocktails! We also ate at the Nobile rooftop restaurant one evening. We had the seven-course tasting menu which was very nice, but there was quite a lengthy gap between the courses. We were there over three hours – had we known it would be that long, I think we probably would have booked an earlier table. But it was a great experience nonetheless, and the food was wonderful. The final word goes to go to the staff, who were amazing. The reception team, the porter, the waiting staff, the spa team – everyone was so friendly, smiley, and couldn’t do enough for you. I’d definitely recommend Contessina Suites for a chilled-out break; we had the best time.

First impressions - beautiful, clean apartment in a great area of Tsilivi. Set in lovely surroundings and close to the beach and main street. I was a solo traveller and felt completely safe and secure whilst out and about and in the apartment itself. There is a security fob on the key which allows access to apartments if you arrive late in the night. Great view from the veranda - stunning! The apartment had everything I needed and was spacious and clean. Air con was an added bonus and it was much needed. Overall great value for money. The hosts were so nice and friendly. They were helpful with anything I needed and I appreciated having a point of contact for advice as a lone traveller. I will definitely return to Domus Alta at a later date but stay for longer next time! Thank you, Angela for everything! It meant a lot to me.

This is the favorite hotel in the Greek itinerary. The hotel has an infinity pool and a private beach. It is super comfortable to sit on the chair by the swimming pool every day. The hotel room is very large, the balcony is particularly private, although the hotel is a little away from the downtown area, but there is no need to leave the hotel to meet all needs, in Ctrip to book this hotel is cheaper than Booking, push.

GGuest UserThe best place to be in Zakynthos and in Greece. We have now been for the 8th year in a row at Nicos and Mary Louise place @ Kymothoe. An amazing experience - we fell at home and is why we come back every year. Their attention to the details - beach towels, recommendations where to go, which restaurants to try, smiling all time etc. As of this year the wifi has significantly improved - in the living room and around the pool ! Though this year we decide to have a full break from work and emails :) The apartments are super equipped with laundry machine, full kitchen including dish washer and fridge. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean. The access to the private small beach has been renovated and together with the infinity pool and the service is inviting to stay around all day rather hitting any beach of the island.

Ddrumc0vittMy daughter and I have just returned from a one week stay here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a superior room and our room and everything at the hotel was of really good quality and incredibly well looked after. Hilary and her team work hard and provide an excellent, friendly, quality stay. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and, like everything else in the hotel, managed incredibly well. The icing on the cake was the stunning pool and outside areas, so many places to lie or sit and relax no matter what time of the day it is and how sunny or shady you prefer it. When the sun goes down the lighting turns it into a magical place to sit and enjoy a relaxed drink. You really couldn't ask for more. A special mention to the real stars of the show, Bailey and Baloo, the resident Labradors who made our stay feel like home. We hope to be back and wouldn't think about staying anywhere else. Thank you all at Vasilikos Beach Hotel for a brilliant and relaxing weeks holiday!

丹丹The hotel is on the top of the mountain, more than 700 meters away from the sea in a straight line. The seaside in the other direction is a town, two kilometers away. You have to take a taxi to Zakynthos Town, fifteen euros a time. In short, you have to take a taxi everywhere. This is something we didn't expect beforehand. The hotel did not hand it over to the chain management team. There was only one person at the front desk. He watched a half-old Italian man running around. Later, I saw him grinding coffee and preparing drinks. Later, he came to the restaurant to order dishes, and then he came to order and help you. Pull luggage to the room. . . Others are lazy, do whatever they call it, and don't take the initiative. It feels like a family business. The lobby is quite large, empty scattered with tables, chairs, and sofas. There are not many rooms and not of scale. It is estimated that this is the main reason why the professional management team does not come to operate. There are several rooms on the 0th floor with private swimming pools. We live upstairs. The balcony is very clear to watch people swimming and sunbathing, and there is no privacy. Upstairs overlooking the woods and the sea, the view is nice. The room is huge. . . It's not that big. The facilities in the room are not in good condition, and the boxed paper and kettle are only given to us when we go to the front desk. Not worthy of a five-star title. Unprepared to travel with the local group, everyone went to swim in the water. We stayed on the boat stupidly, and cancelled the trip to the Blue Hole altogether the next day. I went to the beach to swim by myself. This hotel is not good value for money! ! ! It is better to choose Zakynthos to live in. The desserts in this hotel are very good and the breakfast is very good.

GGuest UserI should start by saying that I loved my time at Olea, the hotel has a great feel, it looks good, the staff are excellent, the food and drink is good. I'll go into a little detail here: Food & Drink The evening restaurants (Pacifico & Flow are the a la carte, Omicron is the buffet) are great. Pacifico & Flow especially, really good quality cooking, the tasting menu at Flow was a really good experience. The buffet is a fairly typical buffet to be honest, so don't expect wonders there, although it was nice that they have a selection of nightly changing a la carte main courses you can order also. Drinks were great in all the bars, the cocktail making was good, strong wine list dominated by Greek wines but some from around the world too. With all of these, service was great, just be patient - you're in Greece! Only minor gripe is that there is only one restaurant available for lunch which feels like a missed opportunity to offer some variety. The hotel does the same as many and ”repurposes” it's restaurants / bars during the day, so the reality is that there is three settings, each with a bar/restaurant area despite what names they give everything. We did find a slightly weird nuance at lunchtime, when we ordered wine by the glass it was free-poured and quite generous, to the point that it was far more economical to buy by-the-glass than by-the-bottle, maybe that was just us but I certainly didn't complain! Rooms Some people have moaned about the room size, and I think if you're comparing to a suite in Vegas then yes, these are small. However, if you consider these not a true ”suite” (i.e. with separate rooms for lounge / dining), but instead just consider them hotel rooms, then they are ample and generous for Europe. We had a Pool suite (”executive private pool suite, sea view”) which was nice. The first room we had was in block 3, and at this time of year (late September) the terrace didn't get any sun, so we requested a move and they more than graciously obliged. So we moved to block 6 which personally I think was slightly nicer anyway, and had the sun from 9.30am - 3.30pm. According to other guests we met, the sunset view had the sun all day (again likely time of year dependant). The private pool, again maybe down to time of year, was pretty chilly, not as bad as a place we stayed in Kefalonia last year, but fairly bracing. The pool restaurant, which is the only open for lunch, and then turns into Pacifico in the evening overlooks most of the swim up suites, which I didn't like (i.e. sitting at the restaurant in the evening being able to look into peoples rooms if they had the blinds open!). Not sure I'd book one of those unless it was at the higher level, not near that restaurant. We had a couple of maintenance issues in the room, but again they were very quick in coming to fix / assist. A minor gripe is the automatic curtains - the motors weren't up to the job so they kept stopping half way and needed some gentle assistance, personally I co

GGuest UserThe location is within town area and close to the port. The apartment is new and we are lucky that the room is arranged on the ground floor. Otherwise, we have to carry heavy luggage upstairs. Basically, there is no reception service and they only leave the telephone number outside the reception which is very inconvenient for travellers without roaming.

This is an amazing hotel and was perfect for our needs. Two adults and a 13 & 10 year old. We stayed two weeks and had no issues at all. They can't do enough for you. The room was cleaned everyday. Fresh towels every two days. Pool area clean and tidy too. The lady behind the bar from Leeds is really friendly and helpful. Always said hello to me everyday and made the effort to talk to all guests. Sorry I'm rubbish with names. Check in and out was easy. Room comes with free air con and safe. Very Good
Just stayed here for 11 nights. I cannot fault the hotel at all. Yes there is a steep hill up to the rooms so if you struggle with mobility take this into account but I saw guests with very poor mobility managing! Breakfast had plenty of choice. Cereal, yogurt, toast, cakes, sliced meats, cheese, sausage, small pastrey's, eggs, juice, coffee etc. There was enough to keep us going until tea time. The room had all we needed - safe, air con, fridge and a lovely comfy bed! It was cleaned every day, beds made and towels changed. Always got a welcoming smile and a good morning from the cleaners. Did use the pool - it was very cold, but so was the sea on some days! Hotel is on a busy main road with no footpath outside but there is room to walk single file and it was only for a couple of minutes. The hotel is located near to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. Not a lot of beach along argassi front but there is a free bus to banana beach (we didn't use this). There is no shortage of car/scooter/quad hire places and there are plenty of places to book your boat trips. I would definitely recommend a stay here - a small, quiet, friendly hotel. Thank you Mirabelle Hotel 😊

GGuest UserDo not stay here. My daughter and her friends went for a girl's holiday after their A Levels and loved Zante and said how beautiful it was but this accommodation proves you get what you pay for. They stayed the week that it was unbearably hot. You have to pay for air con as you do with all cheap hotels in Greece but although the staff said they air conditioning units were 'cleaned every year' this in my opinion is clearly incorrect. My daughter's friend that she was sharing with ended up in hospital overnight, on oxygen because the air conditioning was so poor that she literally could not breathe. When air conditioning units are dirty they circulate bacteria around the air and this is clearly what happened. Another one of the girls in a different room had the same sort of experience and ended up going to a different hospital unit. The staff at these hospitals both ascertained that poor air conditioning was the reason. So this is two different sources from two different places agreeing the same thing. I am sure when I write this review, the staff will write a load of garbage trying to defend their shoddy apartments like cornered rats. But having a 19 year old girl, lying on a hospital bed breathing oxygen through a mask whilst away from home is not acceptable. I appreciate it was a very hot time to go. I also appreciate this is a budget hotel. But would you want your child to go there and experience this, far from home? The girls had to tackle uncooperative staff who were rude, surely and made a bad situation worse. My daughter had to stand her ground, in floods of tears at the front desk, pleading for another, cooler room. After saying the hotel was full, after a lot of wrangling, he finally produced another room lower down and slightly cooler. But understandably her friend was too frightened to turn on the air conditioning. I am not even going to bother reading whatever clip retort the manager or owner comes up with to justify this because their behaviour is not acceptable and I very much doubt if adults had been staying there, they would have behaved in the same way. They think because kids are staying there on a budget holiday they can get away with it. But adults or young adults pay the same and would you take this risk of not being able to switch on expensive air conditioning when it boiling hot, for fear of having to wind up in a hospital bed struggling to breathe properly? Please clean up your act (literally) because someone could get seriously sick at your apartments. PS When my daughter called me and I initially asked about what the place was like she told me the sheets had 'muddy' stains on them. Lovely.
