Best Zagreb Spa Hotels

We reserved 2 nights in this Beautiful boutique Hotel in central Zagreb The hotel is perfectly kept and offers meals in a very nice Restaurant also a Spa offers Thai Massages Our room was Luxury contemporary decor one of the best beds and pillow selection i ever experienced generous coffee / tea facilites and bathroom amenities In all luxury furnished room hall and Bathroom out only complain is that airconditioned is turned off in winter months and rooms lack of good ventilation even outside temperatures could be freezing Breakfast and coffee were excellent and Degustation menu for dinner was quite good and served in a beautifull setting

After our Uber dropped us off at the front of the hotel, we were immediately greeted by a bellman to assist with our luggage. Honestly, next to Istanbul, the best Reception Desk we've encountered in our travels. Those first impressions are so important; truly top-notch service in this regard. The hotel is super clean, nicely decorated, elevators are very efficient, rooms are large for Europe, beds are comfy, and toiletries are of excellent quality. We stayed an additional three nights in this hotel to do some touring on our own prior to meeting our Avalon tour group. Our breakfast experience during that time was quite literally outstanding. There is a breakfast menu that you can order eggs essentially any way you like them, and you are promptly asked for your coffee order. The service those first three days was amazing. The buffet area has practically anything and everything you could possibly want for breakfast including some sparkly. Now, for the bad news, and the reason I had to downgrade this hotel from ”excellent” to ”very good.” We had an additional night with Avalon (so 4 nights total) at this hotel. On the last morning, the breakfast area was quite literally mayhem, and I eventually only saw ONE waiter. Was there a server strike that day??? Throngs of people stood at the buffet area looking into EMPTY serving dishes and trays. If this had been the one and only experience that I had at breakfast, I would have more than likely wrote a less than average review of this hotel. To be fair, our experience before our Avalon group, which consisted of around 140 people AND another tour group arriving for breakfast at approximately the SAME time, demonstrated that this hotel is ill-equipped to handle that many people in the breakfast area at one time. The hotel should be much better prepared and work with these agencies in staggering breakfast times while also staffing appropriately for the volume of guests eating breakfast. I am not making an understatement when I say our last breakfast was an absolute disaster. Also, I realize this is Europe, but is it too much to ask for people who smoke to not do so at the front door? The dining area is open, and the smoke filters through the entire lobby area over into the dining area. For non-smokers, this is intrusive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay overall, just not the last morning.

From even before the moment I arrived at this property, I was well looked after. Transfer from the airport to hotel was taken care of and perfect. Check in easy. View lovely. Housekeeping accommodating. Wonderful Malin+Goetz products, along with bedside lavender balm. And the pillows! Evening service (water and a chocolate) delivered with a smile. Restaurant and bar staff so lovely and all with great memories of what you had and may want again. Room service timely. Everyone here has a welcoming smile. This hotel also benefits from a great location. Fitness/pool with perfect early-morning and late-day hours (until 10:30) are a big help to guests who are busy during business hours. Have felt well looked after and will return.

From the moment we entered we were very well received, upon check-in we had to wait a little because our room was not ready yet (we arrived a little early) so it was a hassle for me to wait while we decided to have lunch at the restaurant, the best option we had, the food was simply excellent , very tasty, Ivan and Ivana from the restaurant were the best, their recommendations and talks are something that I really appreciate, for their dedication and work to make our stay better (a goal they achieved). I will definitely come back here. The room was very spacious and very well oriented. Super comfortable bed and very soft pillows, I really enjoy the pool.

Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. It was a flat 20 minute walk into town. We would describe this 2 bedroom apar**ent layout as quirky. One room had a glass wall so exterior light made it difficult to sleep. All rooms had locking doors except the shower room which had no door. The kettle which had a short lead, could only be plugged into the bathroom floor plug. Although quirky we enjoyed the stay. They gave good instructions on how to enter the apar**ent after late arrival and were accommodating when we took longer to pick up car than expected. None of the 3 tv’s worked but helpful staff got the main one working. Staff probably need to dial the room in to check that everything works.

We stayed here for 5 nights following Rally Croatia. It is a very modern hotel and spotlessly clean. The bedroom is very spacious with a large bathroom. We were on bed and breakfast and the selection each morning was varied with something for everyone. We had bar food several times and could not fault anything. The staff were one of the best teams I have ever encountered. One particular waiter stood out for his professionalism and banter and that was Hrvoje. He is a credit to the hotel and nothing was a bother to him.

The hotel was ok but we were not happy with the dishonesty of the housekeeping. My friends left behind an envelope with money which was meant to pay our tour operator on the table in their room. They remembered half an hour later after we left the hotel. Our guide called the hotel but they said it is no envelope to be found. The envelope contained EUR 430 and it had names and amount written on it. It is also bulky so it is not possible for housekeeping to miss it or for them to think that the envelope is for them. We only stayed there a night and it is improbable that anyone would leave a tip that is much more than the cost of the hotel stay. I hope this serves as a warning to potential guests that they be wary of dishonest housekeeping in that hotel.

Honestly, we were not sure what to expect considering the relatively low price of the hotel. When we arrived, we were impressed from the first moment. We left the car in the free parking lot, checked in quickly and went to the enormous room with a bathroom the size of my childhood bedroom! The hotel is not located in the center of the city but the tram is right outside so getting to the center is easy. However, we were really just there to sleep during a stop on a long drive. To that end, the hotel was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better than I do at home (according to my smart watch). The shower had great pressure and although we didn't use it, the room had a jet tub. I noticed a few reviews with complaints about the breakfast. I don't know if they were at the same hotel. This was a super upscale breakfast that was so good, it shocked us. The hot and cold options were excellent. The variety was really impressive. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were actually sad to leave but we had to get on the road. We will absolutely stay here again when we are in Zagreb
