I'm not a frequent hostel-goer, but my stay here was less than impressive despite the high praise it often receives. The 11-person dorm felt cramped, featuring creaky wooden beds placed too closely together. The bedding and air quality left much to be desired. On the plus side, the facilities were decent and relatively clean, including a bar area that seemed underutilized both by guests and outsiders. Considering the £20 per night price tag, there are plenty of other options in Zagreb that offer a better value for the same cost

The only thing that bothered me a lot was the cleaning and organization of our room, there was one day they passed some dirty cloth, which smelled bad. Sheets and towels were not changed.

I think this is a homestay, not a star hotel, located in the center of Croatia's pedestrian street, taxis have to get off 200 meters away from the hotel, there is no suitable for large luggage, the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the apartment, there is no obvious sign, it is not easy to find, I arrived at 10:30 in the evening, the hotel has no reception, Contact by phone to find the reserved key and open the door password to arrive at the hotel. The room is clean, tidy and stylish. Breakfast is 8～ 10 o'clock. This hotel is suitable for tourists who are not in a hurry, not suitable for business travel, customer shuttle bus can not enter, inconvenient

It was a very close and clean accommodation to the square in Zagreb.Walcom Water and Champagne were unexpected pleasures. The air conditioning facilities also worked well, so I kept comfort throughout. However, the pub on the rooftop is famous or it is noisy at night. It would be nice to provide earplugs and replace the middle block door with a soundproof door. I want to go again if I go again.

This is a relatively new hotel, and it's sparkling clean. We had a modest-sized room, very clean and comfortable. The thermostat was not responsive, but we cracked open a window, and it was fine - we're cold sleepers. A bath tub was a nice plus. Our booking included breakfast, and we ate there two mornings. The buffet selection was extensive, probably the best breakfast buffet we've seen, except for one exceptional hotel in Dubai. And the staff, from the front desk to the dining area, could not have been more helpful. Two items that could improve the experience: The refrigerator was the smallest that we've ever seen, maybe a cubic foot, if that. A dorm-sized fridg would be a major improvement for those, like us, who need a refrigerator. The second improvement would be providing a small microwave. In the United States, even budget hotels will feature a microwave. Maybe this is a European thing, but we really missed having a microwave. All that aside, we would definitely stay here again. In this price range, it's one of the nicest hotels we've ever booked, here or in the States.
